I had to do this in december for one night.
They just kept me on a bed and asked me a few questions and marginally sped up my referral to mental health services.
They basically just kept me there until they were sure I wasn't going to hurt myself.
I wasn't doing very well last year.

Anyway, my gf or whom I thought was my "girl-friend" hasn't been very open with me for a while now and sex has been non-existent for the past idk how long - a very long time. But "she" says she is still in love with me, wants to be with me, wants to do it with me, etc. etc.
Now just over the past week she revealed to me that she is bi-sexual (I had suspicion seeing her browser history) and she says she's also "agender" which I'm not very familiar with except that she knows she's a girl inside and out but doesn't want to be labeled a girl, or a boy, or anything I guess. She has always been a tomboy, got out of the dresses early and into board shorts and sweats.
I still love her the same as she tells me she loves me no different but I am not sure how to approach her on how this flows with our relationship. She's really emotional about a lot right now, mainly family stuff (they don't know that she's bi and agender, just other things going on causing her stress/anxiety)
Anyway my real concern is a guy she met online and spends hours with chatting and I've let her know it bothers me especially when I'm being sidelined on nights we planned to do stuff.

At the end of the day, it doesn't really matter if you are straight, cis, gay, les, mtf, ftm, bi, or whatever.
Good looking people will have it easier, will have their social and dating life (and for the most part, their career and work life too) handed to them, and will enjoy life in an easy oiled slide that will take them through amazing experiences throughout their life. Sure, women will have it easier than men by default, but still it'll be like that always. If you are ugly you are either fucked, or you have to make literally x100 the effort someone naturally attractive has to make in life to have the same quality of living.

So I started transition about a year and a half ago, and it pretty obvious by now that, since I'm not a teenager any more, I'm not going to be able to overcome the effects of my father's stupid Y-chromosome without some extensive body modification. And, being a broke college student puts that out of reach, so I've come up with a nifty little experiment.
Obviously, I want to be beautiful. But let's accept that our idea of beauty is in large part social programming. We aren't going to change that right now, so I'm curious about letting it run its course, with my body as a canvas. What I am proposing now is to crowd fund my cosmetic procedures, and allow the people donating to dictate the extent and details. I want to see, and to show, what the people who, given anonymity and the power to decide what a "beautiful" girl is supposed to look like. Some people might think of it as almost literally selling my body, but I think of it as more like performance art, done, in this case, to commission.

The total cost of the procedures I am looking at (most of them) as just about $47,000.00. Let's crowd fund this, and keep a tally of votes, and once the amount's been raised, I'll have it all done, according to the votes of the donors.
My takeaway, of course, is the body itself. The donors can have all the pics and video they like, however they like it, as often as they like it. To prove that the work was actually done, I'll post the before and afters, and the invoice (minus personal information). PayPal will keep records of the donations, so you have a guarantee of delivery.

I just started visiting a phychologist, second visit next week. I filled out a form and it had the question about whether or not i've ever taken hrt medications, which i had self medded online for about 16 or so days. Not enough to actually do anything. And the therapist asked me if i just came there to get meds, and she was totally cool if thats what i wanted. I don't look fem at all really, other than shaved body hair and dyed straightened blond hair. And the people at the office kept asking me if i had another name i wanted to go by. So, i don't think they'll care, though this therapist specialized in gender issues/lgbt issues.
I guess she recognized that i was going to do it no matter what, and said she would help me get it legally.
