In this day and age LGBT people are still fighting for equality.
Adam Plendl had sex with another man, Nick Rhoades, who was HIV positive. Because his medical status is his own business Rhoades didn't tell Plendl he was positive. They used condoms and Plendl didn't get HIV.
However when Plendl heart that Rhoades might be positive, for some reason he phoned the police, who arrested Rhoades! He was tried and convicted!
Lambda Legal, who fight for equality and LGBT rights, got this homophobic conviction overturned.
After all, suppressed HIV following treatment "may pose little risk" (Lambda Legal's wording) of transmission.
Thanks to them making the case for equality all LGBT people are safer, from the risk of unjust arrest and conviction for victimless crimes!

It's not hard to see where you're future is going for many.
I don't think I'll ever make high enough wages for a surrogate, and I doubt I'll find a QT sugar daddy bottom to pay for the birth of our kids.
It's hard enough to find anyone who wants to spend their whole life with you to begin with. For me life doesn't seem worth it unless I achieve this.

You can get an orchiectomy in the meantime, if you're not sold on SRS. That'll be good for your health, because it means you won't have to take anti-androgens anymore. And HRT treatment should provide breast growth. Some people will take the A cups they were destined, rather than deal with the complications of silicone.
