Don't be ashame and try to understand what's going on.
2) Once you understood where is the source of this kink, fix it (it's mostly confidence and masculinity insecurities though). A specialist is also strongly advised in this case, he'll know how to make you gain your confidence back and how to cope with your traumatism.
