I pass 100% of the time, I have a normal romantic life and anything else you could wish for. But it never gets better, at the end of the day I'm still a filthy degenerate and at the end of the day I still have many masculine features even though they aren't enough to clock me. You also never get rid of the "you sound kinda like a boy" and "something about you reminds me of a boy", it'll always be there. The depression and constant self-loathing will stop, you'll actually be happy from time to time, but IT will never leave.
