I am 100% ok with people having to use biological changing rooms but what I am unclear on is if this law will prohibit San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston from enforcing their sexual orientation anti-discrimination laws or not. Anyone know?

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - The Republican-controlled Texas Senate gave preliminary approval on Tuesday to a bill that restricts bathroom access for transgender people, endorsing a piece of legislation denounced by civil liberties advocates as discriminatory.
Final Senate adoption of the bill was possible later on Tuesday or Wednesday. The measure would then be sent to the state House of Representatives, where passage during a 30-day special legislative session that ends in mid-August is less certain despite a Republican majority in that body as well.
The preliminary vote in the Senate was 21-10, with one Democrat crossing the aisle to vote with the Republican majority in favor of the measure, Senate Bill 3.
The Texas measure requires that all restrooms, showers and locker rooms in public schools and other state and local government facilities "must be designated for and used only by persons of the same sex as stated on a person's birth certificate," as opposed to their gender identity.
The measure also would overturn local ordinances affirming transgender bathroom rights in such cities as Austin, San Antonio and Dallas.

But I read multiple articles about the law and I couldn't find if it actually does that or just overturns restroom laws. It is odd the articles don't touch on how this would affect local hiring and housing sexual orientation laws.

Pastor Rich Penkoski of West Virginia leads the ministry "Warriors for Christ" and announced earlier this year that he will block anyone who uses the rainbow flag emoji on his organization's Facebook page.
That sparked an onslaught of harassing telephone calls, texts, and messages by people who oppose his stand.
The threats got so bad, police advised Penkoski to move his family because of safety concerns.
Last Tuesday, Penkoski received a disturbing message from a Facebook user.
"I know somebody waiting right now to out a bullet through your skull," the message, which was shared with The Christian Post, reads.
Penkoski also received messages encouraging him to kill himself.
The activists even sent excrement to the pastor's house.
"They sent fecal matter to our house, gay porn to our house. Last night, for instance, someone threatened in a Facebook message to rape me. They said if I disrespect their pride flag they would come pound my behind," he explained. "These people are absolutely horrid. ... These are the types of things a decent human being wouldn't do, regardless of whether they are Christian or not. It was all meant to bully us and try to silence us."

I've been lurking this place for some months and just discovered many people in my situation: People with fear of starting hrt and regretting it later because:
1>AGP and they don't know if it's worth it
2>People scared of hrt effects (in social life) but don't want to age as a man
3>Femboys without much dysphoria
4>Some of them are gay people that want easier dicks
I fit in the second group, i love androgynous/female aesthetics and beauty and i want to pursue them to feel good with myself. i literally hate masculinity, i can't look at a manly man without feeling disgust, my dick is useless and i never touch it, i would trade it for a pair of skinny jeans. But at the same time i don't want to be treated as a girl, change my name, get srs etc. I want to be feminine but dress with androgynous clothes like hoodies and sneakers but NOT with dresses unless i'm cosplaying.
The thing is, i could have started hrt but i'm scared that's a bad decision in my situation. I don't know how i'll function and deal with life when T finish it's destruction (i'm 18) but i'm scared. I'm not exactly scared of being a weird mix or even passing, but i'm scared about how people will treat me.
I probably need to go to college or get a job soon, that makes it worse.

I'm somewhat included in this, i don't care about fertility and penis function, i'm already on finasteride for life, but loss of ability to produce hormones scare me: What if i regret this and my body doesn't produce T anymore? I'll need to get on T for life (It makes no sense if i'm considering hrt for life but it won't be like now, where i'm "comfortable" i don't need to take T to avoid being an eunuch)
In my situation organ damage is overrated because considering being feminine is the only thing preventing me from doing alcohol and mdma again. But it's something to consider.

Only a fool would get an orchiectomy in the USA. For example, an orchiectomy with Dr Arnkoff, the only urologist in the USA who does orchi without a letter, costs $3000.
You can get an orchiectomy in Mexico for around $1000 or less. If you're an NEET living with your parents like me, you can get a part time job and save up that much in just 3 months.
I haven't found any urologists in Mexico yet. I simply went on google maps, typed in "urologist" and zoomed in on various border cities. My spanish isn't that good so I have trouble making an appointment on the phone. I don't know if they require a letter from a psychologist/therapist/endo, or if they actually are cheaper than $1000.

IMO the most logical steps in terms of surgeries are:
Orchi -> FFS -> VFS (if you need it) -> Boobs / Ass / Hips (if you need / want) -> SRS.
Seriously, SRS should always be the end game and only if you always pass 100%.
