So a gay friend is cute as heck but one of his ex told me he ended the relationship because he was very two dimensional, and I think you should point out the worst defects of a person so they can correct them and get more friends and relationships and that but this one is hard because the problem is the person itself.
What can be done to help my friend? should I tell him that he is boring af? I mean, where would he go from there if I told him he was, "just fix your personality and be into interesting stuff and change how you are haha" or I don't tell him nothing and just let him fail.

I'm fairly sure that those ads combine collected data as well as self reported data.
You could Google search "am I pregnant if ___" all day and it won't show you those ads if you set your gender to male on Facebook/Google.
That's what I would assume though, I'm not an expert.

The sample in the Bell and Weinberg study was nowhere near random, with the gay men getting recruited for the study primarily from places like gay bathhouses, sex clubs and the like. The chances of that sample being highly skewed to the most promiscuous gays is very high.
I don't think there's anything excusable about having hundreds or thousands of sex partners. I believe it's true that there are more gays that meet this description than straights (although some straight people are this promiscuous too).
But it is NOT representative of all gays. Try again.

Trans people were allowed in the US military before (and still are allowed in other countries' militaries), and it didn't seem to cause any problems. And given that the Trump administration has been gradually eroding the gains trans people have made in the last few years, I really can't see it as a good sign.
