Some do, some don't. For me, I think I wouldn't mind if it was done in certain positions, but otherwise it could definitely trigger dysphoria. Honestly the only way you're going to find out is to ask him. It's fine that you're coming for answers here, but you are going to have to talk to him about this sometime, preferably before you do it or when you're about to.

Hmmm, okay, here i go;

the S sound is made when the airflow out of your mouth is restricted by your tongue, usually at the roof of your mouth.

Now, i occasionally do that "gay lisp" think coupled with a nasally "valley girl" type voice to get a laugh, so i'll try to explain this the best i can.

To get the lisp, i restrict the airflow closer towards my teeth than the roof of my mouth, so just keep in mind when you speak and develop the habit of using the middle of your tongue to restrict the airflow to make your S sounds instead of the tip of it.

They'll say really weird things, and sort of lead away people from understanding what transsexualism and transition is about.

They'll usually be completely focused on SRS, and talking about how it completes them as women, and that somehow their dysphoria becomes cured, despite completely looking and sounding like a man.
While in reality, the point is to actually look and sound female, and integrate as female. That need has to be reflected into the health care, for example, at the moment SRS is usually covered, but not "aethstical" procedures, which makes absolutely no sense at all, if you know what transsexualism is about.

Also, they've scared away LOTS of trans people from transition, I lost hope of whatever trans was when I saw a hon talking about how they wanted SRS and have sex as a woman etc.
Without their visiblity, a lot of trans girls would have transitioned earlier, and maybe felt like they had more hope in their life growing up. They sort of caused more damage than they did good, and today, they're doing faaaar more damage than good.

People need to realize the ability to love multiple people and desire permanent relationships with them is different than the multiple wives talked about in the bible, torah and quran. The latter were often arranged marriages of multiple women to one man who had the income to support multiple wives. In polyamory, the choice of multiple partners is made by one's self, not arranged by others.

I have a few ideas on what's next.

Polyamory is one that I've thought of. I've also thought of those who are attracted to their siblings or parents/children (I don't know the term for it).

One likely candidate for being 'next' is doing robots. That'll likely happen in the next few decades.

Also, if science evolves to the point of being able to give animals sentience, then bestiality would also have potential.
