Under my circunstamces it's impossible for me to present as girl all the time. (Im mtf)

What would be a good breast size for me to be able to conceal them confortably and pass as a feminine boy some of the time? Ideally I would want D cup breasts but I doubt I could ever hide those.

So I had a shitty 2015. White South African here.

January 24 - a friend comitted suicide by hanging himself in a park. He was gay and his alienation was the reason.

April 29 - My best friend and roommate died in a car accident along with another occupant.

May 11 - A friend overdosed on Khat and a mixture of other drugs.

September - My brother and his fiance separated, and he is heartbroken about being far away from his son.

October - My philosophy professor and personal mentor has become a paranoid schizophrenic after years of prescription drug abuse and alcoholism. He is clinically insane.

12 Dec - Another gay friend comitted suicide this past weekend. Also hanging. (Pic related)
I always thought that I was weak emotionally. However I have learned through this year that I am much stronger than I think I am.

So I'm thinking of using The Danish Girl to come out to my socially conservative parents. I was originally planning on coming out after I would start failing boy mode because I think successfully appearing as female increases your chances of being accepted over looking like a straight up man. But since I hinted (probably too vaguely for them to figure it out) at what was bothering me to my parents after my mom asked me what's bothering me as she usually does, I figured I may as well go all the way soon. I recently had a run in with a crowd of Lesbian tomboys. They are all drug addicts and would steal your pants off if they could. They are promiscuous and seem generally insane.
