Mine was in middle school. Went to a small one. Had a crush on the rich little blonde. I had a dream about her and after that I started getting red and paralyzed if she so much as spoke to me. I joined technical theater in high school just to be around this cool older girl. She kinda gave off lesbian vibes and then I heard it confirmed. I pretty much just became the lame techie bitch for the older kids and awkwardly stared at her for a year never talking, too shy.

Then year later still she came back to hang out with old theater friends, I was invited, said fuck it I'm going to college myself soon anyway so hardly seeing anyone ever again, made a move and we finger fucked and it was great. Later did a short summer booty call but besides that nothing more than vague friends on facebook.
So ultimately I'm just super pissed I wasted a year being a bitch instead of fucking the only cool and super hot lesbian in high school.

I'm ftm in a shitty country and I've been low-dose roiding for a while illegally, but now I'm about to be able to go legit.
My question is, how should I break it to my doctor that I'm already on T?
My doctor is pretty relaxed, but on the other hand the private sector (he is part of it) is under pressure from the public, and he's the option I've got unless I am able to clear my whole day for future consultations in several towns over. I could go through public health, but that might become a nightmare according to people I know. To the extent many trans people of either gender would rather pay out of pocket than get treatment almost free but at the cost of the humiliation and debasement.
Any advice appreciated, from mtf sisters also.

Machu Picchu. They're closing it for 20 years soon for conservation purposes, so if I don't go soon I'll be in my 40s the next opportunity I get (unless I seduce an archaeologist or something). My mate's Peruvian and is all about us going on holiday there, but I doubt I'll have the money anytime soon.
That being said, if I *did* manage to scrape together some money, my friend has invited my to visit him in Lebanon (he's half Lebanese and going to go stay with his father for a year or so after uni) so maybe that.
