Here's my question:
How do I make sure me ass is clear of crap before I do anything anal? Every time I've done an enema it just causes liquid shit to come out of my ass when I'm in the heat of the moment.

So i'm a homosexual male. And i have an unreasonable hatred for other gay people and myself.

Even when i find someone i like, even when they are femenine and submissive. (i.e a femboy or trans person) Something inside me tells me it's wrong and so i reject them or suddenly find the idea of being with them disqusting. I've been to a psychiatrist and that has led to a whole bunch of nothing.
Am i broken?
Can i get any help or am i just stuck like this? (And apologies for any bad grammar and English, not my first language)

Not sure if this should be posted here or /adv/ but people here are probably more knowledgeable on the topic so I'll try here first.

I've always been into butt stuff both as a giver or receiver but I have annoying issues making it terrible for the receiving part.
The least annoying part is hemorrhoids. This got mostly fixed by changing my diet and not forcing while pooping but my butt can still feel slightly uncomfortable or even painful, especially when pooping.
Now the real annoying part is the hygiene. My ex-girlfriend had clean insides without a need of enema, my current girlfriend says it's the same for her and I read on the internet that butts usually aren't really dirty.
Well that's not my case. For some reason I'm almost always dirty as hell inside. Even after pooping, there's still more poop, sometimes as if I didn't take a shit at all. I usually need at least 2 water enemas to get rid of it. Problem is, doing enema is annoying, it makes butt stuff much less pleasurable and enema abuse seems to be unhealthy.

I never worried too much about that and just gave up on anal masturbation but now my new girlfriend is really into that stuff so it's starting to be a problem.

Anyone knows if there's a way to fix that? Diet change? Physical exercise? Butt training? Improved way of pooping? Any kind of therapy?
I also heard that bad constipation might result into that problem and I had really big constipation issues when I was a kid (which also might be the reason I got hemorrhoids). If that's the reason, is there no way to fix it?

TL;DR: How do I go from constantly poop-filled rectum to somewhat clean rectum without enemas?

So I started female hormones a year ago, just really really wanted my own breasts because I am a perma virgin and if I couldn't get a gf I thought I will just jerk off in the mirror.

Thing is, now its getting hard for me not to be called miss or mam whenever I go out in public. I didn't expect my body to change so rapidly on female hormones. What do I do? I am at a crossroads here, I don't look like a guy anymore, should I stop hormones and shave my head and hit up the gym or should I um... start dressing as a female?

Anyone else with sex anxiety? Im a gay male in my 20s, consider myself well educated in terms of safe sex and the facts, but for some reason I have never been able to overcome the social and health anxieties that come with it.

Ive always read that men think with their dicks, not their brains, but i feel like that couldnt be farther from the truth for me. Ive had sex (foreplay & oral) with about 7 guys, and anal with three of them. Ive had moments of pleasure during these times but there is always this cloud of anxiety that prevents me from truly enjoying sex.

I see others having extremely fulfilling sex lives- parties, orgies, etc. and it just sort of makes me feel like less of a homosexual. I'm not saying i want to turn into a total slut and throw caution to the wind-- but i just want to have an active, healthy, sex life.
