I been on finasteride for at least 4 years.

Finasteride works great (no sides)
Dutasteride works great (mild sides)
RU58841 works best (no sides, topical)
Minoxidil works good but I get sides so I don't use it

I had a FUE hair transplant I partially regret so don't jump into it, do your research if you go down that route
