They don't. Testosterone will get seized because it's a schedule III drug while estradiol is uncontrolled. So even though legally you're not supposed to get either without prescription, the law comparatively doesn't care about estradiol.

Online pharmacies are businesses, so they want to make sure the merchandise gets there to build a relationship with the customer. They also wouldn't want to draw attention to themselves as a source of testosterone and get the government to crack down on them even harder. Although it may also be that because of the smaller amounts of FtMs, the pharmacies don't see an appropriate demand for testosterone.

OP could try contacting online pharmacies in private to see if they do in fact stock test, though.

Lol no. The first thing you'll realize is that there are girls way prettier than you'll ever be and they will make more money from tips than you ever will. Your audience won't boost your self esteem either. They see you as nothing more than a crossdressing man on a computer screen. On top of all that, the pay is shit and it's a short term, high risk investment that could easily come back to haunt you later in life when you're looking for a more respectable job.

Nearly everyone who goes into sex work comes out with mental health problems and you're already predisposed to them due to being trans. If you have a low self esteem and self destructive tendencies, sex work is the last thing you should get into.
