Is anyone else here genuinely sad over the fact that our culture is literally dying? Fags of our generation don't give a shit about their heritage and increasingly neglect the more traditional aspects of the lifestyle in favor of an inoffensive corporate image. Being gay is "normal" now and we're expected to conform to what the media tells us that entails.

I've been getting more and more into the leather scene these last couple of years and I'm yet to meet anyone else under thirty at any of our venues or events. Granted, my city isn't the best place to be for that kind of thing, but there seems to be a general trend away from the underground and toward the mainstream. We've lost a sense of who we are and where we've come from.

The daddies who keep places like the NYC Eagle open will be gone soon and who will take their place? Will anyone even shed a tear when a cultural/historical site like that is forced to close forever? We can joke about it now, but the new blood needed to sustain the old scene just isn't there.

So I've heard that almost 50% of gay couples are in /have been in open relationships. I was just wondering what /LGBT/'s feelings on open relationships were.

Personally, I'd feel concerned if my boyfriend wanted one, because I just don't think I'd be comfortable with it. I'm of the opinion that if you love someone, they're worth that dedication, and I feel like even if we did enter such a relationship it'd basically be him fucking around and me sitting at home feeling shitty about it.

Would you be comfortable with an open relationship? Why/ Why not?

Heyy everyone, i'm a transgirl, on hormones for like a month now, i am quite thin and about 180cm/5'9 tall and i'm 56kg/123 pounds. And i wanted to buy this outfit for myself to wear when my boyfriend is over. But it's only available in XS size, yet i usually wear S or M sized clothing, how are maid outfits and the like measured, do you guys think i could order it and wear it just fine, or would it be too tiny?
