Human nature is extremely varied even though we are all 99% similar our one percent that is us and our epigenetics. intestinal bacteria, and experience creates a whole range of different beings.

This is why I believe there to be room for something other than having the gender expression and feelings of being neither male nore female. What would you say the definition of non-binary?


Personal story:
Personally I didn't feel like my expression of myself was what people called being male since a puberty. But I felt very shameful living in a family that was very conservative. So had dysphoria because I felt like I had to wear a mask and hide anything of myself that felt feminine.

I had an enlightening experience recently and It feels like I woke up from a fucking nightmare of an existence.

I then proceeded to pierce my ears and put on eyeliner. I've never felt better almost manic because I didn't realize how much the negative affects of dysphoria were stunting me.I finally learned to just accept myself and stop hiding . I thought I had anxiety disorder and many other conditions.

I've never posted here before, I'm someone who goes to /pol/, /int/, and /his/.

So here it is....
...my gay sister just broke up with her girlfriend who was cheating on her with a guy.
Turns out she wasn't truly sure that she was gay.
They've been dating for over 3 years, and were about to move to Seattle together, they currently live in Minneapolis.
Now my sister is moving into an apartment on sublease for a few weeks before finding a long term place.
I might be visiting her tomorrow, what would be good to do?
My parents have been sympathetic for her, but they liked her girlfriend too and feel sad that a major aspect of her live isn't really there.
But they're also upset with the cheating part.

I met this really cute FTM while visiting a certain US state, we'll call him K.
K is a guy who just finished up 4 weeks on T. He's still quite feminine looking but he could pass as a guy within a year I'm sure. Admittedly, I was initially attracted to him because I like Butch girls and thought he was one, but he later revealed that he's a trans dude, and I was totally okay with that.
So we're on a date and we get to talking about trans shit and he says something that made me very, very concerned. He said

I was taken aback, mostly because as an mtf, I am aware of how intense and completely irreversible the effects of male puberty are, especially with bone structure.
I remember reading the news story about the Belgian ftm who wasn't actually an ftm and only transitioned because her abusive family wanted a son instead of a daughter. K's story isn't like that but he does have a pretty rough past. Native family didn't believe in western medicine, refused to treat his depression, even what would be revealed to be stomach cancer (which he thankfully survived). He has borderline personality disorder and has attempted suicide at least once. He describes gender dysphoria like this

Males are males and females are females regardless of their trans status. (And other genders are valid too.) I get that part.

Here is my question:

Say you have a a straight male and a straight female who are attracted to one another. But one of them is trans and isn't intending on having SRS or at least hasn't decided to yet, (either scenario works for this question.)

The girl finds out the guys is trans. Is she transphobic for losing interest in him because he doesn't have a penis? Let's say she doesn't see him as "not a man," either. She just likes penises.

The reverse also works for this question; is the guy transphobic for losing interest in the girl because she doesn't have a vagina? Even if he still sees her as woman, (since she is.)

Is it transphobia? Is it preference? Is it situational?

For the sake a argument let's say that if the trans partner had had SRS, the cis partner would still be interested even knowing of their trans status.

I'm not baiting or tryna find a loophole. I am seriously curious what people think about this. I want to be educated please. I know I'm probably being ignorant here, help me.

I'm an unattractive straight NEET virgin dude. Not a complete fucking loser, but almost. Understandably, I haven't got any attention from any women and I have had enough of it so I figured that I should convert to homosexuality. Gay men, after all, have lower standards than most women.

As a teenager I was unhappy with my heterosexuality. I had nothing in common with girls and I was too shy to interact to them anyway. I was much more comfortable in the company of other boys as there were no romantic or sexual feelings between us.

As an adult... I have begun my transition from straight to gay after going to several gay bars and dancing with effeminate men. Tonight I will close my eyes and pretend that the twink I'm meeting is actually Scarlett Johansson and that his boypussy is ScarJo pussy. It will take some time for me to adjust to this magical thinking, but I'm sure I will finally be happy.
