The more I research the more it becomes clear to me, I'm mostly just normal straight old me and want to live my life that way, but to give you an example, when I discovered drag kings it struck me that is pretty much the perfect relationship I am looking for: A pretty girl I can go out and do normal hetero things with most of the time, but also to be able to both switch roles occasionally and go out, or just myself switch and go out on the town together to pick up a stud to bring home or just have a 'lesbian' experience, that kind of thing. So do more cardio exercise. stuff like aerobics, yoga, pliates is where its at for me. You diet is probably more important than exercise. Eat a lot of fruit and veg, drink water and herbal tea, don't drink too much beer. Don't eat too much meat try to get protein and fat from other sources.

Never had one, but thought about getting one in my loathsome stage, about 2+ years back. I think it's an interesting question. Same for me. I used to be 65kg, let myself go over the span of 4 years, am now close to 100kg. Started cutting calories and swimming, but its summer so i stay with my dad and its hard to control my own diet.

Havent seen significant results, probably not cutting enough. Its kinda hard with so much delicious food around here in Greece.

I just eat 1200 kcal on the evning. I found by trial and error that it don't makes me hungry the next day.

But my caloric need are very low and I have small frame.

Most people have no clue about how weight is even gained, I think the last 50 people I talked to on the internet and IRL about weight, all but 3 thought "fat" was how people gained weight...

Anyways, calories consumption is most important, just eat less calorie dense food. Eat things that can somewhat fill your stomach. Go on a safe deficit and make sure you get enough nutrients. I think the best way to lose weight is having a plan. This means meal planning as best as you can, so you should know what you are eating everyday without going "oh i guess ill eat this". Alcohol, I never really drank it, but you might want to cut down on that a bit.

Exercising helps too, some light cardio to start with, then venture on to weights if that's your goal. If not, a proper diet and some cardio will help you lose weight.

From what I've read is that lesbians to a lot of the background work. The gay men are the face of the movement, but lesbians get shit done. They organize and during the aids crisis they were there for dying gay men by taking care of them.
