i used to feel that way and went super masc and anorexic for a while but it only made me feel better in the short term. even when i was certain i wasnt gonna transition, and certain i wasnt trying to pass as a man, i was constantly body checking and feeling not quite right. i just didnt have as an androgynous body as i thought, or wanted at the time.

all of that went away tho when i stopped trying to hide parts of me and work with them instead (girly hip tilt, girl butt, small & cute stature) and stop being so angsty at everyone. looking sexy to others and having people stare at you does nothing to you. people wanting you that you dont want back does nothing to you. if youre having issues with respect, i agree that sucks, but it becomes less of a problem the older you get (and the older your peers get).

embrace yourself, be healthy, work hard, and worry less about how other people think about you

You would have to start really young. I think that transbians, as they are often much older transitionsers, should proof enough that sexual preference becomes pretty rigid as you progress further into adulthood.

The most preferable option would be government-required and administered HRT to children in the K-8. Naturally this would create a more androgynous society and thus more fluid, less confrontational sexuality in children, not to mention elimination of conflict that arises from toxic masculine and feminine values (that also have an extremely negative effect on the acceptance of trans/gays etc.) This is the most desirable future.
