I know it'll be extremely hard and I may never actually do it. That's why a) I want to do it, and b) it's my life ambition, not my hobby-job for the next decade or two.
I'm not going to say something stupid like "I want to be the sole person to discover the 100% effective cure for all cancer; I expect to have this done within the next 5 years". I just want to help lots of people and make their lives better (before you ask, yes, I'm a med student, so I'm already going down that route, and yes, my university does offer an intercalated course that makes you fully qualified to go into research if you so choose (although it's extremely hard to get a place on that course)).
Would you be ok with dating a guy who's still in the closet or would that annoy you? My friends are all judgemental frat bros and my family is pretty conservative/snooty. I recently found my love for dick and I want a cute bf but obviously I cant be open about it.

At least with being closeted to family it's easy, you just never introduce your bf to your parents, big whoop. But your friends are basically your social life and it's nice to include your bf in that. I think it would be pretty hard to live like that.
I'm out to my friends, but not family, and have had zero issues when it comes to dating. But closeted to both I just can't see working.

How do I get the courage to go to a therapist, and then tell then tell I have gender issues?
I'm extremely scared and embarrassed too, and I've kept these feelings bottled up my whole life up so far. Also I have a fear that the therapist will just make fun of me, or even worse, tell someone I know.

That I actually doubt. Bionic prosthetics have come a very long way. Just recently they've managed to make an arm one can move purely by intending to.

The question is how long it'll take to apply the same principles to the entire body. Plus you need to create an hospitable artificial environment for the brain. PLUS so far we haven't figured a good way to deliver most sensations through prosthetics.

I hate the homosexual lifestyle. I don't care if the guys want to fuck or whatever, but every time I meet a gay person they seem "off" and creepy. Pride parades are straight up repulsive, and gays rarely seem to want to do anything but fuck eackother. I couldnt ever see a gay dude be in a legit monogomous LTR, especially not in a heavily gay community. Then there is the issue with drugs/poppers and all that bullshit, and how Liberal they all tend to be. And I say this all with experience, I worked in a gay bar for a while, and I've spent time with a lot of gay guys.
The whole lifestyle is just shallow and disgusting....
