Would anyone be interested in buying one or two of my testicles once I perform an orchiectomy on myself? (That is extraction of the testes.)
I don't care to know the reason for which you want them. I'm not gay and as such I wouldn't be willing to engage in any s&m activity etc... in fact the reason I will be performing the orchiectomy is to negate my libido. Please note that I haven't yet done the operation, and this picture does not necessarily depict an accurate representation of my own testicles. They are large though. Also, I feel that I should add that I am a 24 year old man in fairly goo shape with no communicable diseases, venereal or otherwise.
I have searched a fair bit for info on donating them to a university for medical research in return for vast sums of money. However, I'm afraid that that window may have passed. I'm not primarily after the money, but if I can get rid of my testicles AND make some profit then certainly I'll attempt to do so. I'm not asking anywhere near the amount the university supposedly paid the man (35,000 USD), price is completely negotiable.

How much of this do you think could be applied to trans people (both FtM and MtF) ?

Using hallucinogens when you have gender dysphoria (and likely some other comorbid issues like depression, if you're like the average trans population) is not a good idea in general. It will not feel good and you are almost guaranteed to have a bad trip. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.

LSD is too small of a quantity to have any physical effect on your liver enzymes. Even if it were to be a CYP3A4 inhibitor there's only like ~100ug of lsd per dose which is not going to inhibit much enzyme at all since inhibitors need to bond to the enzyme in some way to actually inhibit it.
There are still other risks I suppose. Like LSD will obviously make your heart race, might affect blood pressure, etc. and if your other meds do the same you could be at risk in that sense. But as far as LSD interactions with other drugs in the liver it's impossible, there's just not enough of it.

I'm not going to want to argue over petty things but I would like for us to come to an agreement over what distinguishes someone as being trans compared with someone doing it for attention (possibly even unknowingly doing it for the wrong reasons).
I would like to raise what some may see as a controversial issue but I want a decent response;
Should people who have had time to consider it, have the financial and medical resources to obtain and use HRT, but still intentionally do not use HRT, should they be considered trans or not?

This stems from an experience I've had recently. Where I (21 years old MtF who is currently on blockers and waiting to be allowed to get on E) met up with a friend I had spoken to online for a while and wanted to get to know others in the trans community. Once actually meeting them in person it was VERY clear that they were acting just like a cis male in a skirt. No HRT or Laser hair removal, sat with legs open (despite the short skirt) and overall acted like a typical dudebro. Male voice, zero interest in makeup or fashion just quite literally a man with female clothes on (pic semi related)
