Your rights are going to be endangered over the next several years.
Moreover, if we begin to see a push toward fascism, freedom of press and expression will be the first of our constitutional rights effectively endangered for all of us.
There are some things we can do to protect our rights and a civilization based upon values derived from the Age of Reason.
1.) You must provide tangible support for liberal press. Make donations, purchase subscriptions.
2.) You must have a dialog with the right-wing in this country. Force the dialog if necessary. You should be organized to fill their fora and comments sections. It would be best to actually have live civic participation of liberals in right-wing communities in our country. This is important because we need to force open their echo chambers to engage them, expose them to our ideas, and to humanize us in their eyes.
3.) The liberal process is the best that exists because the core values that drive our policy are logic, empathy, and science. When you engage the right-wing, you must not be provoked into anger or hatred. It does nothing for us to hate them. Not even the violent, hateful, or bigoted among them. Nor do you need to concoct lies or stories to fit our narrative. You simply need to be well researched and honest and to try and understand the grievances of the right-wing. You have reality on your side. They need to lie and be divisive because they argue from an inherently weak position. Theirs is an uphill battle when you are organized.
4.) Don't ever allow yourselves to be bullied or threatened into a submissive position. Don't let others make you feel like an outsider and remember that this country belongs to you, the legacy of its founders is your own, and the whole of it is rightfully your inheritance.
5.) You must never allow division among yourselves. You will stick together and disallow anyone, conservative, moderate, liberal, from dividing liberals among ourselves.

I can't go like this anymore.

if someone through their rational argument could please explain me the existence of "gender dysphoria"? I don't want to and will not read some ""science documentation reports"" because I don't understand the medical language. And also don't need to know that this is a disorder as a mental disability or psychological problem, cause I already understand that.
I have some arguments that will try to represent here. And you can argue with me and explain and maybe prove that this shit is really here between you.
First of all. Let's look at one situation:
We have a boy who was put in a non-human environment (jungle or robotic dome) and was raised by a robotic surrounding. Robotic surrounding taught this boy all things about human anatomy and that's it. Robots didn't say which gender is prevail and which gender is better. So boy has risen as completely normal strong man, without any dysphoria. Why? Because he doesn't have anything to compare himself to.
Next few hundred boys was raised the same way and no one had any desire to change his sex/gender.
And then There were some few boys and few girls that was raised together. Strongest boys fighted over best girls with other strong boys (cause of instincts), start to prove their alpha male status by giving best presents (food, clothes, shiny stuff), but some of less stronger or even weak boys seeing how those males fighting each other over something THEY DON'T HAVE: vagina, boobs, feminine fragile, start to craive those. They start to copy feminine gestures, start to be more like a females to endear those males. Cause they don't have much strength to harvest/get all things that make their life "easier" by themselves. THEY ARE WEAK. And there is how they instill that they "deserve" those parts that they don't have. They THINK that they are actually a females.
This is a "story", if you wish - a "fairytale"

Probably unless you're naturally feminine or androgynous. The sooner you start HRT the better.

Possibly, bones usually don't seal up completely until age 22 or so. Would start ASAP if you want any hip growth. In addition the earlier you start the better your tits will look.

Nothing else really. HRT will alter fat distribution and cause some muscle atrophy but you can't shorten skeletal structure without major surgery.

The average US female is currently a cow so I wouldn't go by average measurements. I would say falling withing +/- 20% of these values is ideal with the exception of height as some people like taller women.
height: 5'4" (162cm)
weight: 120lbs (54kg)
note that weight should increase/decrease with height
Waist: 25" (63.5cm)
Dress size: US 8 (not gonna bother converting this one)
