I have a group of friends of about 7 guys. One of them contacted me privately and told me that his gay acquaintance found one of our friend's grindr profile. As far as we know none of us are gay so it either means he's in the closet or had someone set one up for him as a prank, but his profile is for the city he goes to college in with a selfie we cant find anywhere else and a bio that's pretty specific to him and written like he speaks.
None of use are homophobes but I want to talk to him about this, either that I don't/wouldn't think any different, or if he wants to stay in the closet he needs to be more careful/delete his profile, idk. His parents are very conservative socially and I doubt they'd do anything drastic but I don't the wrong people finding out and try to use it to hurt him.
How should I go about telling him I know?

Ugh everyone wants to be bi now. Never been quite a fan of "the pink snake", but forcing someone to change their appearance and lifestyle seems right up my ally. :) I'm slightly emotionally sadistic. For now I'll just keep with my girl for a while. Maybe we just haven't gotten to the good part. I've been a bit more conservative with her cause I don't want to scare her off.
