I like to imagine there would be a chase through a cornfield. That would be terrifying. Then the final showdown would occur in a large, open barn. No auto weapons though, so I'd probably end up using my AK and some ingenuity.

You need to get yourself an 80% AR lower, mill it out to F/A specs and leave the 3rd pin holes un-drilled. That way when shit happens you just take a drill to it, slap in some parts, and get to work on some alien ass.

All space station security weapons have frangible rounds to prevent hull penetration. This would have limited effect against the alien. Also, you probably were hurting it and possibly mortally wounded it too, but seeing as there were dozens around it didn't matter.

The only verifiable time a shotgun worked against an alien was using normal 00 buckshot with the muzzle against its head.

It would be a disaster. The xeno's would immediately begin infecting people, their chests burst, more aliens born, some are queens and set up hatcheries, more people are infected. On top of that, the 15 would spread the infection towards California and Utah.

The only answer would be a nuclear device used at the rocket fuel storage facility here before it became a stage 3 outbreak. That would undoubtedly level the entire valley and purge anything living in it...
