The tank is the Strv 74, basically a conversion of a Swedish ww2 tank design with a new turret and gun

Yup thats a Strv m/31 three were built by Landsverk for the Swedish army in 1934-35 and it was probably the most modern tank in the world at that time

Quite a impressive SPG at that, the Bkan 1a had a mecanical rate of fire of 20 rounds per minute with a 14 round magazine that could be reloaded in 2 minutes.

Id say that its probably the most impressive SPG put into service during the 60s
