Are frag round destructive devices? They really can't have more than a quarter ounce of explosive in them, especially the ap version. Could I BTFO the ATF an start a company to make something similar and sell them to civilians?
They use c4, right?
They have no "sporting purpose"
So the ATF would just wreck your butthole
>>34226555
It's not a destructive device. They can't do shit.
What are they gonna do? Ban all shotguns? You can't ban specific ammo unless it's 1 a destructive device containing more than .25 ounces of explosives or 2 armor piercing pistol ammo.
>>34226579
How much money do you have to blow fighting the ATF in court for the next 20 years?
Was this idea ever discussed here(I started checking this board recently)? Tanks are better because few obvious reasons. But i wondered about other advantages. There are people deeply interested in military here so i think there might be someone who can shed more light on this topic.
1 mech = roughly the cost of 10 tanks
10 tanks > 1 mech
>This is a troll
>A tank should by all accounts completely fuck a mech, all while being lighter, smaller, less complex, cheaper, and more stable.
>This thread is now finished.
>>34226419
Tanks are obviously better because they can carry a reasonable amount of armor without turning into a submarine on dry land. They also contain more volume for a given surface area, ensuring that they will always have more armor for the same tonnage.
Even if we came up with a durable, reliable, and efficient way to power "mechs" they'd be extremely limited in size and applications because feet have inherently higher ground pressure than tracks.
What even is your question?
>this killed 4 people
AHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHA
imagine dying to a skellyton holding a shotgun like this missing you over and over again

I want a cowboy pistol for under $600. What are my options?
how 'cowboy' are you talking? I love my 357/9mm blackhawk convertible. uberti also makes some nice clones.
>>34226073
just get a ruger blackhawk
>>34226073
You want an Uberti. Rugers are probably more practical, but they just aren't the same.
I know everyone says "you get what you pay for" with optics, but would it be stupid to put a $2000 scope on an $1100 hunting rifle? I'm honestly tempted.
Pic related.
>>34226063
My rule is don't total your rifle. Unless you operate with it then you only buy the best.
More than anything it depends on your caliber. You can put a real awful scope, like $50 awful, on an AR and it will probably hold zero, while the same optic would be shaken appart by a lightweight .308. You can get away with spending sub $100 if it's just for plinking or hunting at less than 200m on a light recoiling rifle. "You get what you pay for" is true, but relative to what you need it for. If your only concern is holding zero, cheap scopes can and do work.
>>34226063
For a typical hunting rifle most optics over $500 Will be superfluous. At the $1000 mark you've topped out most of your performance and the only thing that more money will buy is extra ruggedness.
This is just a very general statement. You can find some good optics for under $200. You might even get lucky with a sub 100 dollar Barska (don't count on it though).

"Opération Harpie" is a french operation in French Guiana.
350 french soldiers and 200 gendarmes (military police) fight against illegal gold miners.
Aesthetic as fuck
Think of the fucking mosquitoes.
I can't imagine needing that many soldiers against a couple of miners. What are armed with TNT and Henry rifles? Get this shit outa here.
Small fixed blades for self-defense...do you carry one?
Retarded. For one, carrying any blade for self defense is illegal in most states without a CCW. Second, of you have a CCW, carry a handgun. If you have to knife fight, you're better off running
>>34226172
The kabar TDI is designed to be carried on the weak side if your dominant hand is pinned or wounded thus preventing you from drawing your firearm...retard. It's not carried in place of a gun, it's carried in addition to a gun.

If your open and honest about anything you've done can they can you for something if it was isolated. The worst thing I ever done was masterbated in a strip club bathroom in College once and I was wondering if that would completely kill my chances

What pistol(s) would be suitable as concealed carry for a 6'6 male? Money does not matter. Massive ass hands.
FN baby
So basically, your question is, what guns are slim enough to CC but have the grips and controls necessary for someone with gorilla hands?
