What if there were hikers minding there own business and here comes /k/aptin retard blasting them down because cowaduty. Irresponsible gun ownership.
Alright /k/. I want your opinion on this meme gun. I was considering getting one for range shooting, home defense and hunting.
Is it worth it?
>>34268467
No.
>>34268467
Depends on how durable it is, which may not be alot
I wanted one until I saw this. Ordered and waiting for it now
At least $500 more than the RFB, but I know its worth it
>>34268467
get an RDB instead
Would 7.62x39 kill a Tyrannosaurus rex, hypothetically speaking? Say you shot one a bunch of times in the chest with an SKS, would that end its life?
Quantify "a bunch of times"
An elephant will die to 5000 rounds of 22lr
>>34268409
Eventually it would die if you shot it enough
>>34268409
Depends on what you hit you retarded little faggot.
But yea they'd likely die sooner or later.

So does anyone here own one Eugene Stoner's other child? I know they had a bad reputation for a while, but the new Henry ones are supposed to be a lot better. I'm planning on getting one soon, so what should I know, what should I expect, and what are they like?
BTW, the reason I'm getting one now is that I'm doing a long road trip this summer that will include stays in some cuck states (NY and CA) where bringing a handgun would be a no-no. The AR-7 is 50 state legal with no scary features, so it seemed like it would make the perfect road trip gun (compactness and the ability to carry a lot of ammo for it seemed like a big plus too. What do you guys think as far as using it for that goes?
How fucking small is your car? Just get a 10/22.
>>34267829
I have one and I like it. It's no tack-driver by any means but for a backpack gun it gets the job done.

Hello /k/ my grandfather left me this machete as his heirloom, at first sight it might seem okay, but it has a bit of rust and has lost some of it's sharpness, can you guys help me restore it to it's former glory?
it seems to once had some sort of image engraved in it on the side.
A). Restoration*
B). just resharpen it and do him proud by using it for stuff, no need to do much to a machete

Tapco
Tactical anything and the concept that if your gear/weapon isn't minmax'd to the absolute autistic degree it's literally worthless.
For me it's the Gripen
>Barely cheaper than other 4,5th gen fighters and way less cost effective but le "muh $7,000 per flight hour and cheap plane" ebin meme
>All of the other memes about sweden, saab, etc, that make this the 2nd biggest memeplane after the A-10 (which is at least decent in some missions).
>Shit combat record if it can even be considered existent.
>Ridiculed in every acquisition contest except when bribes where involved/it was given on extremely weak financial term/was chosen simply because it was cheaper.
>Doesn't makes sense between significantly better 4,5th gen fighters costing 10% more and really decent 4,25th gen fighters costing half to a third as much.
>Nothing special or unique about it that would at least give it some personality (but not surprising coming from the most boring country on earth).
>Front of the jet (before the intakes) is a literal copy of the Mirage 2000C.
>Haven't met anyone with a more than extremely surface level knowledge of aviation liking this plane.
>Used only by broke/joke nations (South Africa ? Hungary ? Come on).
>Basically a glorified Tejas by a country that isn't literally making its first real plane ever.
>Ugly looking drop tanks and small sizes makes the TGP look way too big.
>SAAB propaganda
That's pretty much it I think.

The Ak47/AKM, people are stroking themselves off to a rifle even the Russians are phasing out.
>>34267425
well desu I can't debate that, you're absolutley right
for me that would be pic related
>never detects the target
>only time where it shot a target it was a friendly plane
>looks autistic

ITT: We discuss Body Armor
Hey /k/, Britfag here. The world is getting more and more tense each day and sometimes you aren't going to be able to shoot first, so lets have a body armor thread. Despite all of our firearm restrictions, there aren't any concerning body armor so thats pretty neat.
I'll start us off. What kind of covert vests do you like to wear on a daily basis, the kind of thing you'd be able to fit discreetly under your clothes? Something comfortable, affordable and not obvious, but also able to at least stop a 9mm and ideally up to a .44 round.
Pic related, its an example of what I'm talking about.
>>34266988
get a stab vest
>>34266988
>there aren't any concerning body armor
Suspicious handling of items
Yeah you're likely to get pulled and asked where you ditched your knife.
You could also be shot because they think you have a bomb vest.

Shotguns
If i want a cylinder bore double barrel 12 gauge that can shoot 3 inch shells would most gun stores have this? whats the best way to get one? also will I know if it is a cylinder bore when i buy it becuase i want to shoot slugs
i dont have to have one but i want one
whats a good brand or model
thank you
it will be there but it wont be a price you can afford.
it it is a price you can afford it will be a lowquality gun that will fall apart if you shoot it regularly. however considering you are buying it to shoot slugs you are never going to shoot frequently enough to break anything. enjoy your stouger condor or coach gun.
>>34266951
what kind of price? would it be 5k?
>>34266951
how would you know what choke it is if im wanting a cylinder bore (same all the way through)
I bought an ar-15 and a ak before the ban last year. I went to pick up my pistol today and he said I see you have 2 "assault weapons" and tells me I need to pay to get my weapons raped or they are illegal. I will also be on a list with other assault weapons owners. Obviously I will not pay to have my weapons stripped but why do these bleeding heart cocksuckers think people will really do this?
