I'm looking for single action cartridge revolvers that aren't cap and ball conversions, unfortunately, I only found variants from the Colt Peacemaker and the Schofield. Are these two the only decent single action revolver models in history?
It seems history took a shortcut from the cap and ball to the double action.
>>35077320
they are the only ones that get made today
>>35077320
I'll bump you for interest OP. I don't know a lot on single actions, what look are you going for?
>>35077320
Uberti still makes reproductions of the Remington 1875 and 1890 I think. I wish someone was crazy enough to start making Merwin Hulbert revolvers.
Name a more formidable single opponent to face on the modern battlefield than this.

which one do I buy /k/, setting aside the mag rebate on the HK, I want to know which one will be the nicer gun
I'd go with the HK and I say that as someone who likes CZs
>>35077014
Okay thanks, I was leaning HK but I still want to buy a CZ at some point in my life.
What do you think about the P-07 btw? I know it's not striker fired but still. I considered an SP01 for a while but I actually shot one and I didn't like it.
>>35077022
Not the same anon, but I have a P07, and like it a fair amount. I wanted a poly da/sa and there aren't a tremendous number of other options out there. The omega trigger is okay, but I haven't bothered coverting it to SA yet.
Too poor for usp.
>hurrr, howza newspaper gon protek u from an ATUM BOM!?
If you're away from the hypocenter of the blast, which a great deal of people would be, even a thin cloth will protect you from the thermal pulse, preventing burns.
>hurrr howa skool desk gon saev u from nuke-you-ler wepin?
If you're at ground zero, nothing will save you. However, many millions of people live and work miles from the target centers. In those areas, where the effect of the weapon would be limited to initial radiation and shockwave, rather than blast, emphasis on fast, light covering during the initial infrared, beta, and alpha particle burst, as well as seeking protection from flying debris thrown up by the shockwave, would have prevented hundreds of thousands of injuries and deaths.
Don't listen to ignorant Baby Boomers. It wasn't propaganda or panacea. At the time it came out (1952) it was extremely useful.

BS, /k/ is directly responsible for the creation of /out/ after innawoods.net started taking over the board and you'd know that if you'd been here for even half as long as you say.
This + all PA Luty's and Professor Parabellums.
Need to get Gerard Metral's, Ronald Browns, Holmes Vol.4 and Donald McLeans. Any other recommendations?

what's in the 'Machine gun' one?
please?

Punishable by up to 5 years in prison so nah m8. That said, I do have a full workshop and do collect milsurp and empty casings so if anyone ever turns up at my door they'll fuck me for intent to manufacture like. A copy of Benson's Modern Weapons Caching on my bookshelf probably won't help.
Write a letter to B&T to convince them to make 5.7x28 version of TP.

go to sweden and buy a CBJ instead
Why? Apart from presumably you for whatever reason, nobody would buy it. The AR57 was a fraction of the cost of a TP9 and it didn't sell at all.

There's nothing in there that you wouldn't expect.
So, I found this folder earlier, and have no idea why I have it. Thank you, though. This shit has been a hell of a read so far.

They're planning on using these things as EMP's then utterly raping the defenseless US/SK/Japanese/maybe Chinese forces. The Norks may be poor but they're not stupid.
Everyone here has succumbed to the blatant
"lol North Korea" propaganda.

Probably not because it's a lot less common than innawoods.

I've been wanting to take a kayak out to deer or cat island and spend the weekend out there, but I'm worried how strong the currents are out there and if it'd be safer to go in a group. I've heard bull sharks were sighted recently, and I don't want to get attacked.

Peppy's Buffalo
>>35075801

I think it's great you can buy cheap reliable guns in America with lifetime warranties. Great that people without a lot of money can still exercise their rights.
Oh look, is this thread again.
They're serviceable. Not as fine tuned as a Glock, CZ, Beretta, S&W, Ruger, or other big brands, but they're better than a sharp stick. If you have the income or can save, the world opens up with just $50-100 more. I'd only suggest buying them though if you're complete poorfag and you need a gun like yesterday.
>>35075605
They still work if a truck runs over them.
