they are fine as long as you don't expect a range toy, it is made to get the job done not to be comfortable or particularly accurate beyond 10 yards. My concealed carry is an LCP and I am very happy with it

I am replacing the dust cover as well. I am having trouble finding a normal ass dust cover (no rails, they just dont seem worth it) any good sources?

those ramline choate stocks suck ass. They add a lot of weight to the rifle. you could add a chinese jungle stock but its basically a factory style plastic stock. I'm not sure if that would have LOP issues for you

also just buy a mask that goes over the entire head and your glasses should fit. They also used to make glasses just for gas mask. I suppose you could take an old pair of glasses and solder them onto the limbs of a pair meant for gas mask.

If you're talking about a handheld weapon, it would be very impractical. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction so if someone is shooting a bullet that knocks the target off his feet, the shooter would also be knocked down.
The bullet would also have to impact a large enough area of the target to prevent it from going strait through (something like a beanbag round)
