Have you sat in your running car with the garage door closed and killed yourself yet? Have you slit your own throat with the kitchen knives yet? If you really think about it there is an amazing amount of ways you could kill yourself, I don't see why you are worried about this if you are not suicidal as you claim. If you really have to have instructions though here you go.

I went to a gun store recently and they told me they're both awful for defending yourself and just kept recommending me to get an assault rifle instead, I don't want an ar I want a shotgun.

What features are you after OP?
I've been looking myself, trying to be cheap about it to be honest. I've come across Savage Axis for about $230. I've also seen Thompson Center Compass for about $285(-$75 MIR). The TC Compass has a lot more features: threaded barrel, adjustable trigger, scope mounts.
My biggest hang up is that I don't shoot as often as I used to so I keep guilting myself into not making anymore firearm purchases.

So will guns become all polymer in the future the way things are going?
The only new guns being produced without polymer lowers/frames are older designs like the AR-15, CAS shit, wonder nines like beretta 92, sig 226 or cz 75, and revolvers. Everything else is polymer.
Will there be a day when everything is polymer, save for repros of old guns?

How would most people deal with vampires?
Imagine "I Am Legend" film style aggression, 30 Days of Night group tactics (but not magic or sentience).
No coming out at night. Dawn and sunset fair game. Light burns, so sunlight causes disorientation and discomfort. Gun-Lights are suddenly really important.
Feed until full or prey is converted. Horde rush tactics or if alone, stalking in the shadows. Prefer cold areas/climates.
Kill it like a human, blast it with a shotgun, it writhes on the ground in agony before trying to get back up. Like a roid-rager on PCP.
Stalks it's prey for hours and miles.
Senses fresh blood. Scream to summon help.
Spread via injections and feedings, first wave are heroin addicts and other trash.
Drag prey into "Blood Covens", where they feed on them and convert them.
What's your hypothetical SHTF with vampires?

Hi /k/, i'm planning on going into the US Coast Guard here soon, but honestly i have this itch in me that i don't feel any cause to fight for the USA, which is why i'm going into the coast guard where my focus will be more on protecting it's people.
However, looking into the situation in eastern Europe, i've had this feeling growing inside me. I would gladly give my life to support the independence of Ukraine, or to serve in the armies of places such as Finland and the Baltic States. Fighting against Russian imperialism is something i'd be willing to give my life for.
I also would not mind serving a nation such as Germany in the Bundeswehr. Ich spreche Deutsch (Nicht so gut aber ich lerne für zwei jahre auf Duolingo) und meine familie kommt aus Deutschland/Munchen
So i suppose my main question is, with military experience in the US is it feasible to go serve another nation? Would i lose my US citizenship and would it be possible to gain citizenship for the country i fight for? I know Australia, France and New Zealand accept US veterans to serve but not of any other countries.

Looking for a decent gun safe, preferably one that can fit under my bed and is biometric. Any suggestions for one that's reliable and affordable.
