Yeah, I mean I got this thing as a promo for only $500 as part of their first run. Everyone shits on it on /k/ because its not an arsenal and its made by century.
They actually got their shit together on the C39 tho. I have put about 3500 rounds through it and had zero issues. Its a great woods gun.

This shit isn't going to go down like that one nuggetfest, yea? Where that kid lied about being a landowner and his grandparents got pissed about goat sacrifices, and then EVERYONE WENT HOME?
>>34698041
The dates and locations are confirmed, I have spoken with both the land owner and his son and we are good to go.
>>34698064
Yes, it's going to be exactly like that. So stay home
Big PLA parade soon. August 1st might be the PLA day, but the parade is one day sooner because a big exercise will follow (and probably actual war mobilization against India) shortly after the celebrations.
New stuff to be shown.

Hey, /k/. I'm new here, so stop me if I'm doing something wrong.
I've been considering purchasing my first gun. A solid, reliable, .45 is what I had in mind.
I've shot two different M1911s and they had the loveliest feel of any handgun I've fired before, sort of a heavy extension of your own hand. I don't like hammerless guns. Having the option of a .22 conversion kit is also something I've been toying with.
My budget it about $650-1k. Anyone have any suggestions?
Utterly shameless self-bump.
>>34696122
Cimarron 1911. I got one and it's been really good to me. Tolerances and machine work are astounding for the price. Their picture doesn't show how well they do their their polished blue finish. It's also colt parts compliant if you're into that sort of thing.

>colt parts compliant
Nearly every full size 1911 has interchangeable parts with Colt.
What do you guys wear to the range? I feel like I'm the only guy who doesn't own a ballcap.
You have to wear at least one article of clothing thats camo or black (tan or green works). Those are the the unwritten rules of shooting.
>>34692773
Since it's a shot from one of those "make your own" shirt sites it's probably not real. But it COULD be real if you really wanted, and thats the point.
Also wear whatever the fuck you want to the range you faggot.
>>34692764
Lmao I wear a ball cap to fit in, you can tell whos new by if theyre wearing a hat or not.
So /k/ which country has the best rations or MREs?
And why does the US suck at making rationed food?

Post your arguably over-priced german space magic guns here.
Starting with best USP. Thinking about going from V1 to LEM trigger, anyone here have experience with it? I got to fondle a HK45 with one and it was pretty neat.

hey k i am a sex worker named karen I work around the corners around fuller park (definately not a plug wink wink). But the other day I was doing my job trying to pay the bills. but i was jump by a man with silver revolver and a black handle and I only got away because one of my returning customers pulled up and the headlights spooked my attacker. But i need help, what weapon is best that i could hide in my panties or cleavage or even hidden in my garter belts any recommendations would be great
>>34710318
karen, are you a male or female sex worker?
>>34710318
1. Look into pocket pistols
2. Get a real job
>>34710318
Hi, Karen.
You're gonna need five things: two Bad Dragon dildos with girth surpassing that of a hamster's, a Derringer, a sub-compact revolver.
You know what to do.
Why don't guns have heat sinks?
Not like Mss Effect meme bullshit where they just clip on a PC heat sink and throw it off to justify cool particle effects
I just mean some ribbing or dimpling on barrels to increase the outside surface area so it can dissipate heat better and have more room to expand as it heats so accuracy isn't as affected and it can release more heat over time.
>>34706230
Guns do have heat sinks, it's called brass and it's the reason caseless still hasn't gone anywhere.
Most guns don't shoot fast enough for it to be a problem and the ones that do usually have replaceable barrels.
good idea
Shooting 17hmr at stuff
Ammo is CCI A17 17gr ballistic tip, box velocity is 2650
Rifle is savage 93
Suggest something good, and if I have it, ill shoot it, and post results.
I thought this result was fairly interesting

Shoot it then hose it down and try not to pick your fingers.

Hey /k/ as most of you already know there are Italian surplus Beretta 92s pistols for sale for $300. I was thinking about getting one. What are some pros/cons of this pistol and what can I expect?
>>34705641
Pros: You can drive stakes with it.
Cons: Shooting it will require a good dental plan.
>>34705641
Pros: its cheap fun and easy to shoot
Cons: its old & used
I like mine. makes a good truck gun
I got one from jg when they were $250. Pros are it's a well made gun for the money. Trigger is decent. I particularly like the double action pull. I think that "made in italy" adds cool points. It's all metal unlike newer Berettas which have some plastic parts. I also like the sheen of the finish.
Cons would be small difficult to use sights, mag release position is not great, safety isn't ambi (only a problem if you're a lefty).
Is this shit any good?
>>34705626
No.
>>34705626
It's good just don't drop it in a bucket of water
Completely reasonable red dot if you're on a budget. Check out the Holosun HS503G. Seems neat.
My PA MD ADS (basically same thing) has been quite solid for over 3k rounds. 12 brightness settings, durable, 5 year battery life.
The solar Holosuns are straight meme shit though IMO.
