First one is moly grease(it's a glossy dense black grease, bought it in a tube from some automotive company online) and wd40 specialist long term anti corrosion
hexagonal boron nitride And lithium grease(read it on a forum somewhere, apparently moly grease under high temps produces an abrasive oxide and this is better.
Same as last mixture except add the wd40 anti corrosion stuff.
The reason for the wd40 anti corrosion is to help with rust in high humidity environments. It's also quite slick.

Molybdenum disulfide is for high load and relative motion surfaces like hypoid gears. The sliding surfaces on firearms are not high load.
High temperature for lubricants is several hundred degrees for extended periods. Firearms parts, even operating fully automatic, do not generated the loads nor temperatures that would need these types of lubricants.

I find it's best to carry three handguns, one loaded with FMJ, one with hollow points, and one with blanks. I have spent many threads arguing about what works best, and came to realize that everything has its time and place. I am never not prepared.

The paint sucks. The bolt throw is different from most bolt actions so you have to be mindful about not trying to beat it to 90*
I'm not sure if it can handle .308 pressure loadings

I've held my old man's G19 and I like the feel of it. I'd prefer to have something a little less, I don't know how to put it, monotone? It just seems kinda bland, and the blocky aesthetics are pretty gay too.
I'm interested in Sig and CZ, but open to others also. I want a classy gun so preferably something I can put a wood grip on. What should I buy?
And yes a $310.49 Glock is off the table before anyone asks

I live in a 3rd world shithole where guns are illegal and self defense is very limited but I met this drug dealer and he says he can sell me a gun
Now ive always liked guns so i got excited and wanted to buy it from him, but then i got to thinking, what the fuck can i even do with it? I cant defend myself with it or ill go to jail, theres obviously no gun training places in my country so it seems like the only things i can do is go out in the empty countryside and shoot it there where nobody can see me. Or be a nutjob and shoot random people at night from my car

I have some of the mepro or whatever the fuck the factory night sights are. It's on a babby glock used for cc so they don't really matter anyway.
They are ok.
If you are going for target shooting a fiber optic front or maybe those ones with the upwards pointing arrow on the rear sight might be the way to go, though I personally have never fucked with them.
