>Much decolonial and queer feminist literature has been written on the imperial project of the "war on terror" and itswhiteness, its propagation of "rescue narratives"towards Muslim women, its destruction of the homes and resources of local communities in the global south and its "civilisingmission" to bring "democracy" and "human rights" to these communities - and now "smash gender binary"and "queerphobia" for them.
>Syrian queer academic-activist Fadi Saleh
If i I need a fucking roadmap to navigate all those quotations and have to read about what a victim olympics all star finalist has to say about something its probably not very related to weapons.
Can we have a military motorcycle thread?
I'll start with the cutest thing the Pastatroopers had to offer, the Volugrafo Aeromoto
>>34763887
>the cutest thing
>>34763887
Now for real. How shit was that thing ?
I can't for the love of god find out anything about it actually being used in the war, I did find out that 184th and 185th Paracadutisti used it and apparently at least the 4th Fallschirmjägers as well.
125cc engine, somewhere between 30-50kph, they had to use four tires because the inept italian industry was unable to manufacture extra wide small ones.
I want to shoot gun
How to shoot gun
>Buy gun
>Shoot gun
Hope I helped you out.
>>34763830
Go shoot one then faggot. Unless you are one of them spineless euro fags. In which case you should leave
>>34763830
Go do it then. There literally isn't a country on earth where you can't do some shooting legally, and even if there was just do it illegally.
Hey /k/, my father had a bunch of heavy duty zip ties so i took a couple
they were pretty short, had to use two and tie myself dually
then i've tried to perform the super tacticool manoeuvre of "placing the lock between your wrists and tightening it up then humping the ties hard until they break"
>That did not work.
Tried shimming them?
>they're unshimmable because piece of plastic under the lock that prevents it from being dislocated and shimmed
Tried frictioning them?
>not even a scratch
TLDR; the tacticool videos that ITS and other despicable retards do are made using Pussy zip ties hat are way too weak. (video example related)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0BY_HZ4Dh4
So, what's a reliable way to break out of real heavy duty zip ties (250lbs ones for example) ?
>>34763807
A knife/scissor/sharp edge.
Everything else is a crapshoot.
>>34763807
Call for an adult before letting someone zip tie your wrists.
>>34763818
If I were babysitting this spaz I'd ziptie him too
I having a hard time to choose between steel mags or polymer ones. I heard there are polymer ones with 2/3 steel lined, others not. Which one would be more durable reliable? What's your experience with them? Jet funnel worth it?
>buying a USP 9
Why would anyone do this?
>>34763801
Either is fine, depends on how much money you want to spend. The steel mags are like $90 regularly.
>polymer ones with 2/3 steel lined, others not
You heard wrong about this.
>>34763808
It's a good gun. I don't hear you constantly ragging on Sigs for being expensive or big, but somehow the USP gets singled out by the noguns retards.
>>34763815
I'm not a noguns. Buying a USP in 9mm is like buying a 1911 in 9mm.
If you're going to get a HK in 9mm you should choose the P30 or VP9.
what does /k/ wear to the range?
template
>>34763579
My range officer t-shirt with jeans and Kampfstiefel
I wear casual cloths and bring my guns and I dont go to the range I go to land in the country where the neighbors dozens of meters away call the cops to come bully me for making noise in the middle of the day. So what, I was bumpfiring for half an hour, who the fuck cant sleep in a house 100+ meters away from my shooting area.
Why isn't it for sale in the US?
Not ATF compliant, no sporting purpose. Literally on the wikipedia page.
>>34763445
South Africans don't like to export their guns for some reason. It's too bad, because I bet they'd make a killing selling Vektor parts kits here.
>>34763453
the 2a has nothing to do with sporting
I picked up this Yugoslavian m-72 rpk kit from arms of America.
This is the only Mark anywhere on the furniture anyone have an idea of what it might mean?
I assume it's probably initials but I don't know.

But seriously, you're probably correct.

Much obliged good sir you've just named my RPK.
>the Springfield XD is a true gun enthusiast's handgun
Back when it was just a license-built HS2000, I liked it. It was the centerfire pistol I did most of my learning on, and so I remember it fondly. Everything since the XD-M is a mistake, though.
I recently picked up a Glock 17 Gen 4 for only $310.49 a couple weeks ago due to a website misprint that the seller honored.
There aren't certain neighborhoods where you just can't allow yourself to relax around people.
Is 9mm +P better ammo for self defense than standard 9mm?
Use hollowpoint jackass, grab that box of expensive ass federal ammo and shut the fuck up.
>>34763404
I was thinking of using pic related, which is +P.
>>34763422
Youre going to trust your life to shitty hornady ammo? Just get what I posted and call it good, seriously I dont even look at hornady ammo.
Hi /k/, I'm an oz-fag who's thinking of getting a gun license and beginning to attend firing ranges. I just turned 18 and have just secured a job that will allow me to pay for all of this so I have a couple dumb arse questions because I'm new to all of this, some of these questions will probably be best answered by other oz-fags
I'm going to begin attending a hand gun club soon and it will take 6 months (maybe a little more than that) and several competitions before I can get my license and purchase a hand gun.
>What handgun should I get (bump with a pic of the gun in question)
>What are your favorite handguns?
>What gun safe should I use (needs to be either 150kgs, I live in a rental and likely will not be able to bolt the safe to the ground)
>Rim Fire or center fire?
>What caliber do you most enjoy shooting with a handgun?
Also for any oz-fags on here
>What guns do you own?
>How difficult was the process to acquire said gun?
>How much did you have to spend on everything (safe, license, club member ships ect.)
I currently have my eye on a .45 ACP 1911 Springfield, pic related.
Sorry if I've asked any stupid questions, I am new to this kind of thing
Also I should mention I've got around $12'000 AUD in savings which I can throw at this but would prefer to keep the costs on the lower side of things.
Ill be bumping with pics of other handguns I am considering c:
I'm open to suggestions of handguns that are magazine fed or revolvers.
If the Cold War were to have heated up in, say, the late 60's to early 70's, would Yugoslavia have sided with NATO or the Eastern Bloc? And would they have had the strength to actually fight an invader or do the invading?
>>34763331
Considering 99% of their equipment was Soviet/Soviet influenced take a wild guess.
>>34763331
They had plans for both contingencies.
>And would they have had the strength to actually fight an invader or do the invading?
Not really, their doctrine of Total People's Defence and the domestic arms industry was based entirely around attrition of an invading force by the state-level Territorial Defence, with limited direct engagement by the federal army proper.
>>34763447
During Stalin's and to a lesser extent, Brezhnev's reign, it was the Warsaw Pact that was feared as the aggressor, NATO moreso during the Khruschev period and before the Tito-Stalin split.

So when the P320 came out, everybody and their mother creamed themselves over the amazing trigger (for a striker).
How does the CZ P10C stack up? Anyone have personal experience with them yet?
>>34763304
Bump for interest. Picture unrelated.
>>34763407
So I was singing that in Spingebills voice
Don't know the CZ P10C because it's not yet available here. However I had a Walther PPQ and the trigger on that was way better (lighter, cleaner break with less creep) than the one of my P320.
