Can someone tell me the difference in that aspect between .460 rowland and .460s&w?
Would this book do it?

>Can someone tell me the difference in that aspect between .460 rowland and .460s&w?
Somehow I don't think reloading is something you'll be good at.
Well, anon, does your gun say .460 rowland or .460 S&W on the side?

Im looking for the info.
I need the manuals.
Fuck the other Red Dot threads on here, on is a retard who wants one for $100, the other is a moron who can't decide between a Bushnell TRS25 and an XPS2-0
My Vortex Sparc II is fine for now on my PSA build, but I am starting on a new fancy AR. I am thinking a monolithic upper... Anway, as such a new optic is in the works.
I have always been intrigued by Trijicons reflex sights. However, I have never seen one in the wild. The dual solar/batter illumination on the SRS has also been a point of interest to me (I don't know if it is 1000 dollars interesting just yet). For a much more reasonable $500, the 1x24 Reflex w/ the triangle dot has me curious with its battery free illumination.
Trijicon reflex sights any good from firsthand experience?
Can't go wrong with Trijicon. But honestly the Aimpoint Comp M4 using a AA battery and up to 8 year battery life makes the idea of dual illumination a moot point.
>>27905339
Trijicon self illuminated are quite hard to pick up in daylight
>>27905544
You can go wrong with Trijicon because both the SRS and MRO suffer from problems where the circuitry is reflected under certain lighting conditions which creates a glare around the red dot. It's worse on the SRS and on the MRO it's noted to happen if you are standing in shade or darkness and a light source comes from behind you. Shit is unacceptable for the price you pay for them
Anyone here a part of a constitutional militia group?

Besides I don't like being in Honeypots.
Can they even be considered honeypots when there is no rewards, literally malninja-notFBI faggots playing dress-up in the woods.

I want maximum penetration and minimum blood spill.

This is what the wikipedia in Spanish says the advantages of revolvers over semi autos are:
Easier to use
Possibility of using more powerful rounds (like magnum or .223 remington)
More precise
Jamming is rare
They don't have a button to extract the rounds so you can't extract the rounds by accident
Is this true? Are revolvers more precise and accurate than semi autos?
>easier to use
no
>more powerful rounds
it's still coming from a handgun length barrel, differences in handgun ballistics are negligible
>more precise
no, you suck
>jamming is rare
light primer strikes can happen, if debris gets into the cylinder it can jam and if it isn't timed correctly will KB in your hands
>they don't have a button to extract rounds
yes they do
bunch of cod faggots
>.223
>revolver
What?
And to answer your question, differences in accuracy are negligible. Brand and QC make a thousand times more difference.
>>27904991
Sorry it says a button to extract the magazine... I typed it wrong.
Well it is obvious that revolvers don't have one
Checked through the catalog and wanted to get your opinion on the Springfield XDs line.
Mostly new to /k/ world and all I've ever had was a 1911 converted .22 for plinking.
I had a friend who spoke highly of his XDs 45 but wanted to know what /k/ thinks.

Girlfriend is in the process of buying one in 9mm. She loves it. It's a fun gun for the range, but not my thing. You're going to get a lot of comments about
>croatian trash
>grip zone
Don't let those comments deter you if you like it.

Is joining the Military a good way for a 23 year old loser like me to fix himself?
Right now I have no job, no life and nothing going for me. I don't even have any further education after graduating highschool.
I can't see any way out other than enlisting, at least then I'd be able to say I did something with my life and wasn't a total failure. The only issue is I struggle to bond and relate to other people, I struggle to make friends and I'm hoping this won't make me unsuitable for enlistment.
The way I see it is the military will get me out of this rut I've been in for years and will not only give me a paycheck but will teach me discipline. And give me something to be proud of.

Who taught those Brits how to paint their faces?

A one armed epileptic with the hiccups.
No. A couple years of near zero autonomy has in my experience more of an infantilising effect. Plus the whole losing your knees and hearing at a minimum, and probably your back while you're at it. Something about the lifestyle is absolute kryptonite for forming healthy relationships as well.
Looking into buying my first gun for home defense. I was thinking about
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/411551209/500+1218.5+SYN+SHORT+STOCK
I would plan on putting a shell saddle and a tactical light on it, would that be wise? I was also looking into handguns but they are more expensive and I don't have a CCW permit.
I would like an AK or AR type rifle but I live in an urban area and am afraid of overpenetration.
Also sometimes i'm drunk in my apartment at night, how would I go about defending myself when i'm all fucked up? It's legal right? I mean i'm not retarded but I don't know. I figured shotgun would be better to not miss while shitfaced, but i don't want to like half-rack the slide and fuck my shit up.
#4 buckshot or 00? Or something else?
bump
>>27904846
Overpenetration is BS. Anything that will kill a person will penetrate through multiple walls. Deal with it and don't miss.
You are right in that shotguns are difficult to operate compared to rifles in a high stress situation or when you are tired, groggy, or drunk. Shotguns are especially difficult and slow to reload when compared to rifles or pistols.
Standard 00 is probably best with a shotgun.
>>27904846
>my first gun for home defense
and you want a shotgun ? hello ?
go to your local gun range and take the $100 intro class get good info get to shoot many different pistols revolvers
then buy a good S&W 38 shoot it for awhile and if you still like guns you can trade it in for a good semi-auto
I've had my eye on an Eotech XPS2-0 but I've honestly been considering the Bushnell trs-25 based purely on the price difference. I understand the Eotech is superior in every way but I'm kind of a cheapass and was wondering what's /K/s opinion on them if you've had any experience with either. Should I shell out the money for the Eotech?
Inb4 Aimpoint. I think the reticle and sight picture is superior on the Eotech even if the battery life isn't as good.
will you realistically have a time where your life depends on it working?
ta-dah
>>27904810
My brother got a Eotech on Saturday. Not sure what model, but it has zero magnification, and we were hitting 12" steel plates at 300 yards no problem.
>>27904810
If you don't think the reticle and sight picture are good enough with an Aimpoint, then you aren't going to like the TRS-25, which is a shitty Aimpoint micro clone.

to sum thing up, Kalashnikov will let him shoot all of Kalashnikov, Dragunov and Nikonov design, except anything that was designed by Tula or TsNIITochMash
>>27904742
he is Faggot Vicker, he will shill for anyone
Are they going to disassemble and show them internally or just do a bunch of gay-ass slow motion with exaggerated sounds?
Looking for an awesome bullpup rifle. Must be under $2K, and able to shoot white tail deer without blowing to smithereens. Also, cheap ammo a plus.
Always been a fan of the AUG, if that helps any.
Pic not related, some WW2 color.
