Left-handed Fag here. Thoughts on good lefty handguns? I'd like an ambi-safety and a slide release on the right side. I've had my eye on a Walther PPQ or PPQM2 for awhile now.
Thoughts?
General Left-hander Gun thread.
im not sinister, but im just saying that this is an interesting thread and maybe we should have a lefty general
picture unrelated

I'm a lefty. Own a XD and Glock. Never had an issue. Next pickup is a Sig despite all the negative shit other left handed people said. Idk OP not sure it's s big deal.
OP here - I have a P22 and I really enjoy the ergonomics of it and the DA. Fits really well into my hand. P99 and variants have had good reviews so far.
Everyone who harps on about USA not having barrel-fired ATGM are terrified that they will actually try
everytime there is a gap like this, America actually tries and then blows the fuck out of russia or whoever the fuck things they can stand up to us
see: ATGM, America produces Javelin
see: Off-bore IR A2A, America produces Aim-9x
see: APS, America produces raytheon quick-kill
see: le-scary anti-shippig missiles, America produces LRASM
how long does this have to go on for?

as long as you will continue with your shitty bait threads

GLATGMs aren't worth it, tango bravo hotel.
They're slower and less effective than modern KEPs while costing more at the same time.
I have a 3-12x50 optic collecting dust (came off of a 300WSM I sold a while back). I want to put an optic on my 10/22...
Should i slap that on the rifle and be done with it but risk looking like a mall ninja or should I buy something more appropriate?
Side note: I have parts coming for accurizing it so it will justify me buying a higher end optic if i do
I can't remember the term right now, but fullsize rifle scopes are calibrated for a basic longer range. In order to get a completely accurate .22 scope, it has to be designed for rimfire.
As soon as I remember the term I'll let you know.
Pic related, my ruger.
>>28362049
I figured as much..
Long haul i was looking at either a Nikon prostaff rimfire II, or the same P22 you have on yours. I've been trying to determine the real difference between them other than magnification.
>>28361959
go for it. who gives a shit if some retard thinks you're a mall ninja? you can never have enough scope. I just put a 3-9x40 on my marlin 60.
Lets see some fruit salad new and old. The old timers... theirs isnt as big, but it a whole lot more impressive
I will say Goodnight Chesty before I leave for bed tonight
shut up boot
Good example of New vs Old. Chesty, the most decorated Marine in American history compared to Petraeus who had a nice career.
Notice a difference?

Thank You For Your Service
What do you think of this /k/?
https://m.warhistoryonline.com/war-articles/dambusters-pilot-medal-to-be-auctioned-for-charity.html
I love how the whole "drowning your buddies in POW camps" part gets totally ignored
like, I can't hear anything but Borat saying GREAT SUCCESS when I think of the dambusting raids.
>>28361799
>drowning your buddies in a POW camp
What I never heard about this source please
>>28361859
You never heard about it because it was 1000 slav forced laborers that died, and most were Soviets.
Saw a couple of threads regarding the jet earlier but the posting server was down at the time.

FAQ:
1. Voice is artificial because I have a shit mic and it'd take 10x longer to produce the video.
2. Don't work for Lockheed or any of the companies working on the jet (and as if they'd give a shit about our opinion of the jet); I'm not even American; I'm just a military member of another nation that's also an aviation enthusiast.
People are retarded.
Thanks for not being retarded.
I didn't know that Moonman was a military analyst

Good job m8. Also, I didn't know the datalink thing was that based. That's cool shit.
How can the US or Europe even compete?

with the fact that them boys be using american guns lol
All weapons deactivated from April 2016 will have to be welded solid with no moving parts. Even pistols will be cut up inside and have their slides welded and even their magazines welded in place.

that sucks

Why not just make deactivation illegal? Sell your guns to America.
for the love of god does anyone know where I can get an lbv-88 in od green
>>28361187
Well I used Google and I found that exact picture on a military surplus site selling them for $25
>>28361213
what site???
>>28361234
Google "US Surplus LBV".
Desert Tech sent me two of these last week.
They are fully modular bolt actions in a bullpup configuration with a barrel and bolt system that allow the user to change calibers very quickly. Pretty neat design.
The design allows very long barrels to be packed into very small packages.
26" .338 on top, 16" .308 on bottom.

hey would you be opposed to send me an email or give me some way to get in touch with you?
>doorknob
what would be the tactical advantage of having soldiers get slightly drunk/buzzed before battle?
>>28360913
Bleed out faster and monopolize less time of medics
>>28360913
>worse aim
>worse unit cohesion
>worse command and control
>wounded soldiers bleed out and die faster
What the the advantages? None.

Hello /k/, have you woken up to the fact that Sun Tsu was right, and that the governments of the world are breaking down the resistances of the world until they will finally, truly rule over you, and you will not be able to fight back? It's Hitler's uprising once again, the citizens will be disarmed and will be unable to resist tyranny, you will be subject to the fascist regime of the one world order.
>>28360907
A one-world government is inevitable IMO. What matters is how it will manifest.
>>28360980
I don't want to go down without a fight, despite being in no funz New Zealand. I'm not taking the mark of the beast.
>>28360907
Tyranny never lasts. Eventually people get pissed off enough that they fight back. Even a disarmed population, still has within it people who know how to fight. Or at least have the will.
Need a gun in Tyranical land? Use a rock to smash in a goose steppers head and take his. Toss a molotov. Rub a stick on the ground till its sharp and stab a fuckerin the eye. Get a job with the tyrants forces and stir dissent. Make explosives from top soil.
Please identify this GUN for PLEASE

Looks like a machete to me.
Is the age of military surplus over?
It used to be that you could walk into a gunshop, and see a wall of surplus rifles, all under $300.
Now, a nugget will cost you $200, a k98 is $600, K31's are gone. The SKS costs as much as a low budget AR, and the TT Tokerov is on the same level as a hi point.
Hell, the most widely available suplus gun is the M&P 40.
Is this the end, /k/?
>>28360635
Unless another major super power manufactures a fuck ton of semi and bolt actions then collapses in glorious eastern bloc fashion, then yes, yes it's over.
Pretty much.
Russian and Chinese shit is banned pretty much forever.
Everyone else is so anti gun that they would rather spend money turning firearms into rebar than make money selling them to Americans. Even Hawaii is destroying old police guns rather than sell them.
Get what you want to have now. Before it all goes over $500 and just starts climbing.
>Is the age of military surplus over?
well, cheap milsurp, yeah.
Also what K98 is $600? Russian Captures are going for that much recently, but a matching K98 will set you back at least $1000, and that would be a deal.
Thinking about buying one next year. Whatchu think?
>>28360484
Dugan likes it
>>28360484
I have one and love it. Has probably one of the best triggers of any striker fired pistol.
>>28360782
how is the trigger action? is the trigger pull weight excessive at all?
