You know top actually makes some sense in densely populated areas, where people don't need personal vehicles to get around (shorter walking distances + public transport + business vehicles for bulk transport). It would save an awful lot of money, result in cleaner air, and promote energy independence.

Firearms don't get you to a workplace on time, neither is a car specifically designed to kill, injure or strike an object with high energies as the success of it's operation. A car killing or injuring something under the hands of a private citizen is a failure state. A weapon, firearm or otherwise, disabling or killing a "threat" EG: some poor bastard a nigga want to drop is a successful operation of said device in both private and public hands.

Learn what guns are for jeebus. Don't hit me with that "recreational shooting" shit either, those people are not the problem and competition implies regulation on what tools you have and where to keep them.

I guess what I'm asking is, how exact are the tolerances on the holes? As in, what's the play for distances? 0.001 mm? less/more? The machine can handle tolerances down to that but can differences in distances be handled by the finished weapon?

Yes, I've done it. Drill the holes undersize and ream them to the correct size first before milling the pocket.

I know a movie would be thinking what's cheapest and looks most tactical, but then I thought about it and realized a fixed 10 isnt a bad idea because you dont need to stress about FFP or SFP in a drastically cheaper yet still high quality level of glass

I've owned 4 of their products, both times they broke/factory defected, both times I got a replacement, both times they sent me slightly less fucked up versions. The cunt from the MAC had a bushnell scope and it wouldn't hold zero.

I had a BTR-1 and TRS25.

Do not buy from Bushnell. Literally anything else is a better choice.

The only thing I don't like about the Savage is the blind mag, but I could learn to like that. CZ is sexy. The Ruger looks good, but is also the most expensive. Mossberg takes AR mags.

There is one other option I know of, the Zastava M85 from J&G Sales:

It has a Mauser action, so its similar to the CZ which also has a Mauser action. However, the M85 has a fixed internal magazine where the CZ uses magazines. The M85 will probably be the cheapest option, though. Other than the above info, I have no other experience or knowledge of the M85.

Depends how much I shoot, the quality of the ammo shot, and the firearms purpose (ccw, range beater, safe queen).

Unless it is an expensive gun or my carry weapon/shtf gun, I typically don't clean them after casual shooting. The consensus from many gunsmiths who I have talked to is that, constant rigorous cleaning of firearms will degrade them more than just letting them sit after being shot a casual amount.

Anyway, use a drone IED. Haven't you noticed how little he appears outside. When he does, he has plexiglass shields around him to thwart sniper fire. You would need advance notice of an outdoor event and get over the shields. Also, your drone needs to be low observable to radar and low noise but high yield. That is harder than it sounds.
