Lets discuss why 9mm is superior to every other pistol caliber for all-purpose use.

For it being the best, you fellas sure need a lot of validation.
Which one is more reliable: a revolver or a semi-auto?
revolver
Revolver. However, the difference is very small if you purchase a quality semi-auto and is more than worth it for the extra capacity/reload speed.

What revolver and what autoloader?
What is stopping China from invading the west coast of the U.S. and Russia invading with them through Alaska. North korea and russia attacking the east corcingthe U.S to fight a two front war. What is stopping this?

Adler is in the mail on it's way here now, pretty keen.
When did the Infantry stop mattering?
Infantry matters even more now.
>>28487299
The only thing that's stopped mattering is tanks.
They still do.
You can't conduct raids with tanks and drones, you can keep the peace from an F-35, you can't patrol with an APC. In insurgent warfare Infantry ESPECIALLY matters. While formal militaries can primarily be fought with armor and air, occupations, and insurgencies can't.
Plus you nees infantry to clear areas.
So I finally found a plate carrier that seems to cover the bases of what I'm looking for, problem is it's a Condor. Is this brand shit? They seem to be marketed toward airsofters...
I mean I'm not going to put it to serious use honestly but I'd like it to be durable considering there's reputable brands that offer basic models for $20-40 more. Anyone know of anything offered that's similar to pic related?
i have condor h harness and belt, its fine stand up plenty well to practicing around my land.
some stitching has come loose but so did the stitching on my $300 eagle plate carrier. learn to repair your own gear with nylon threading.
>>28486680
Condor is poorly made compared to most mainstream brands, but you probably won't use it hard enough to notice the difference.
Check out the Mayflower R&C APC, it's a bit cheaper than most of the other cool guy plate carriers and it's extremely well made.
Why did today's infantry tactics evolve from the American model rather than the more successful German model?
>>28485846
>more successful
>lost 2 world wars
>>28485846
>German model
>more successful
You typically don't call a country or its models successful when its legacy is Merkel, Islam, and a population of women half spawned from the mass rape of Slav dick in every orifice of their grandmother.

Based on overall success and domination of their competition, what is the greatest Fighter jet throughout the Cold war?
Personal ranking:

>Swedish JA 37 Viggen fighter pilots, using the predictable patterns of Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird routine flights over the Baltic Sea, managed to achieve missile lock-on with radar on the SR-71 on numerous occasions. Despite heavy jamming from the SR-71, target illumination was maintained by feeding target location from ground-based radars to the fire-control computer in the Viggen. The most common site for the lock-on to occur was the thin stretch of international airspace between Öland and Gotland that the SR-71 used on the return flight.[26][27][28] The Viggen is the only aircraft to this day to get an acknowledged radar lock on the SR-71.[29]

Which branch are you enlisting/enlisted/considering?
http://strawpoll.me/4671253
Whatre some jobs for enlisted in airforce I should look at if I want to do either medical or security?
What kind of shitting accomodation can you expect per branche/specialization?
>>28483421
If I'm not mistaken, Security Forces are USAF MPs and one of the few combat roles not part of SOF. Consider also researching the Phoenix raven program.
Why don't western powers have anti-aircraft missiles like Russias S-400 series?
Seems like a gap in capability when you consider they are developing an S-500 which is specifically designed to shoot down ICBMs.
The current systems are very nearly capable of shooting down anything that flies as it is. Any further leap in capability will leave the West lingering behind in the anti-aircraft missile game.
Since western doctrine focuses on offensive air superiority rather than defensive airspace denial
>like Russia. There's your answer right there
>>28482812
Eurofagistan does.
>>28482821
Americans and Britbongs focus on offence which is kind of easy if you're living on a island or have a whole continent as your base.

Probably ridiculously basic since it's mostly catering to retarded conscripts who would rather be elsewhere.
Hey /k/
Im getting a Yugo M57 for my birthday this year, and I was wondering if its possible to drop in convert the M57 or TTC frame to 9mm if I have the norinco 9mm barrel, spring, slide and mags?
kek
>>28474006
Why, the tok bullet is best bullet.
But i think the m57 parts are diffrent enough to not allow that to work, if you dont do rapid fire it wont hurt to try it
The worst that will happen is fte or some other jam.
Just make sure before you pull the trigger the bullet is fully seated in the barrel.
Do it with 1 round to start in mag
>>28474176
Im doing my research tonight before purchasing. Im actually considering the TTC instead because the M57 isnt capable of accepting any of the aftermarket shit for the TTC and TT33.
