There are a lot of penetratrions and attacks that arn't reported at all. From Bagram to Kandahar. Pretty much you'de have to find someone else who was there during that specific time unless there is video like of the one at believe Kandahar where they jumped the fence and Cobra's lit them the fuck up.
>base was attacked
Whoop-dee-fucking-doo
Was up in Uruzgan but came down for junkfood at the Boardwalk occasionally.

Was back there in 2015, it was mostly gone
Thinking about assembling either a German or British WW1 uniform. Which one is easier/cheaper to do?
And if possible link a website where I can buy historically accurate gear

Then come back when you do.
Alright /k/, hypothetical situation:
North Korea has an ICBM with an enhanced radiation warhead designed to produce a large gamma ray burst. They intend to detonate it over the north american continent and economically/politically cripple the USA with a nuclear EMP that disables the electric grid for years, causes civil unrest, and leads to the deaths of millions from disease and starvation.
You don't know when/where/why/how they'd launch it, but they have it.
How do you deal with North Korea without getting the US EMP'd, and as a secondary concern, without millions of south koreans and american soldiers dying?
Due to the nature of North Korea's isolation and political system, CIA color revolution is virtually impossible.
Pre-emptively attacking North Korea may start a world war with Russia and/or China.

Food.
NK can deny humanitarian aid as much as they like, but if that aid comes with security guards from a neutral PMC who says "FUCK THE COMMIES!" And brings food, truth, and the ability to better oneself, there's not ducking way to lose aside from being completely retarded.
This ain't the Middle East.
We're talking starving misled humans here.
Or, we could always start a shitload of conflicting coups, come in as a third party for lil Kim, get him "resituated" and then quietly dispose of him, filling the vacuum with progressively less insane dictators and eventually a democracy.
>>34691048
NK civilians are not starving
They might have been 10-15 years ago. Not today.
>>34691009
First off, they won't be able to get an ICBM out of the country without the US finding out about it. Therefore it will have to be launched from North Korea, which means it can be detected and possibly intercepted before even leaving Asia. If not intercepted shortly after launch, it can be intercepted from Alaska or from the Western Seaboard. Also, don't forget that the US will immediately launch a retaliatory nuke strike, and will wipe NK off the face of the map.
That being said, seriously threaten China to cut off their imports to the US and watch as China finally agrees to get NK to quit their shit.
I always hear, here and there, that being an infantryman within a recon platoon for a company is a pretty neato thing to be. As in they only take the best of infantry to be in. Is this true? Do they actually do bad ass shit or is it just glorified cav scout sit in a bush for 3 days thing? But with the benefit of not having to call yourself a cav scout.

What would you suggest as decent semi-auto rifle in the $500-600 range?
>>34690796
Mid size/caliber rifles SKS, AR15, AK, for a bit more a VZ2008.
Full size rifle you might want to bump your price up, FAL, C308, Vepr or a AR10.
>>34690796
CMMG or Aero Precision for a good quality budget AR
AK, or build the cheapest passable AR you can.

It sounds like from what people are saying online, the 41f submission rush for NFA items has been mostly worked through by the ATF.
What do y'all think about the wait time moving forward? I've never submitted for any NFA items before but I really want a short barrel shotgun. Do you think we're still looking at year long waits for approvals at this point?

Hi /K/
I came across an affordable semi-auto shotgun that pretty much looks decked out out of the box.
What are your opinions on it? So far im seeing them go 350 - 400$ online.
>>34690237
Tristar is an importer so I'm assuming it's a roach clone of a European design which are surprisingly the best things to come out of Turkey
>>34690476
Do you think its worth the purchase to someone who has shot semi autos before?
>>34690539
I don't know anything about semi-autos, I've only ever owned a pump action and a s/s. All I can tell you is that the Turks make some pretty good firearms, though I'd find someone that actually has experience with Tristar before you buy it, I'm just speaking from experience with Sarsilmaz and Canik
So I pinned a gas tube to a gas block and When I was doing it I let the gas tube slip.
It's in the incorrect rotation.
Could I just drill through the gas tube to crate a tube gas block with a dremel tool drill? There would still be metal around the edges so it would still remain one piece.
Another thing, my upper and lower has the slightest bit of wiggle room and I managed to fix that with some aluminum foil in between. Very right fit now.
I also have a dolos gen 2 system(sucks, barrel wiggles a lot) and I fixed the barrel wiggle by also adding an aluminum foil ring around the part of the barrel that goes into the receiver(right below the ring) and also some wrapped around where the dolos slips over. Now that barrel has pretty much no wiggle.
