You have 10 seconds to explain why a katana is better than a broadsword
It's not.
>>28677067
In which field? The field of cutting? The katana is better because geometrically it's a higher balance point and more forward weight design, along with having a thicker body, and edge in a harder state which resists change more easily.
Anything else? Not so much.
>>28677067
You can churn them out for $10 bucks and weebs/mallninjas will buy them $200.
Some Bernie supporter shared this on his Jewbook, and he did it unironically. How many errors can you find in this text, /k/? Help a liberal understand something about guns.
Pretty sure that was written by /k/. It is entirely hyperbole and apparently subtle jokes.
>>28677008
This is some next level meta memeing right here. /k/ starts falling for its own memes
Well, how about that.
Which tv show triggers /k/ the hardest?
Man I love that show. The comic's pretty damn good too
>>28676651
Any show that says clip, especially when they have a fucking military adviser on set who tells them the correct terms.
>>28676651
they're actors not fucking operators. the show is for entertainment. stop being autistic.
How /k/ were your grandparents?
>be granddad (pic related)
>be dropped off at orphanage as a toddler
>live there for two years before trying to run away, get caught and severely beaten
>spend remaining years at the orphanage training self to run, jump, and climb
>also practice handwriting to be as clean and consistent as possible
>be him, 16 years old
>forges social security card, birth certificate, and other papers
>orphanage is about 5 miles from the nearest town
>slips out at the dead of night and travels there
>signs up for the army that morning
>goes through basic, does incredibly well
>deployed to Germany
>meets Oma
>fucks her and makes my mom
>deployed to North Korea
>comes back with a purple heart
>apparently he got shot in the calf, they amputated slightly above the wound
>lost almost all of that leg to an infection a few years later, never once complained
His life story makes me ashamed of myself.

Depression era kids were cut from a different cloth anon
That generation was the best this country has had
We've completely shat on the foundation they left and the mantle they passed on
>grandpa
>grows up during Great Depression
>enlists in the army
>WWII veteran who was there during DDay
>lost his left leg
>marries the French nurse who took care of him
>comes back to US, founds company
>becomes millionaire
He's 95 now and a really brilliant guy. Found out at my gran's funeral that she was a closet communist that hosted communist meetings at their house, which was weird.
>Be my grandpa
>be from very low income Depression era family
>join Army at 16
>get sent to Korea in 1951
>be Machine Gunner behind Ma Deuce
>In Army until 54
Christ I miss him

So I was wondering about this, I see the penalty is two years in prison.
Im in my early 30s thinking about joining the Army or USAF, I got hypothyroidism, bipolar disorder, and asthma.
My friend just told me back in 1995 when he was in USAF basic training in Texas, that in his third week the SPs/SFs arrested like four people. He told me Govt was looking through their records.
I was wondering if there was another war like if we were to deploy troops into Syria and Iraq (3rd time). Would they look the other way to fill the enlistment quota.
I know that people with Asthma can still sneak into Army and Marine infantry. Hell my other buddy told me his recruiter in the office showed he his drawer full of over the counter inhalers.
>>28675204
I know I cant be cop, might be able to get in and pass the five months academy that is ran by community college.
I probably become police dispatcher and community service officer (unsworn cops that arent armed).
I'm just fat fuck, armed (OC spray, baton, gun) security guard for now.
I did go to Meps in Sacramento in 2008. For army but as soon as heard that shit about 8 years of service and that inactive active shit, I wanted out so told the doctor at the end I had asthma in high school and that DQued me.
Does anyone here who has served in any branch of the US armed forces excluding the Coast Guard. Recall the MPs/SPs arresting people while in boot camp possibly for fraudulent enlistment, preferably I want to hear true stories from 2001-present.

>I did go to Meps in Sacramento in 2008. For army but as soon as heard that shit about 8 years of service and that inactive active shit, I wanted out so told the doctor at the end I had asthma in high school and that DQued me.
Wow you're a fucking stupid faggot.
>show up to CCW class at 8am.
>class is full of clumsy retards (half of which raised their hands when asked if they've never fired a gun before. Yeah, and they're all gonna be carrying within 2 months, GREAT).
>Manlet marine walks in. Srs as fuck. He's the instructor. Haircut on point though. I debate if I could take him, he's pretty wiry though for 5'5.
>he starts his 6 hour spiel about shit I'm sure he's said 1000x times.
>starts dropping /k/ memes subtlety during his designated humor bits.
>we get to range 6 hours later. Downtime between shooters switching in and out.
>d-do you read /k/?
>yes anon.
>>28675005
>>he starts his 6 hour spiel about shit I'm sure he's said 1000x times.
>he's said 1000x times.
Pretty sad that this is your only criticism of him.
He's taught 1,000 classes, you've taught 0. And you think this is a critique?
Kill yourself, seriously.
>taking a class for ccw
>CCW class is checking guns at the door.
>"do you have any live ammo with you? If so, take it to your car."
>fat whiny Jewish guy comes in wearing gold rings and shit.
>"sir, do you have a firearm today."
>"yesh"
>"do you have live ammo as well?"
>"yesh."
>he then reaches into his bag and pulls out his gun and muzzle sweeps the entire room.
>instructors, all ex-military and alpha as fuck, "STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING! PUT IT DOWN!"
>"I'm sorry!" He then throws pistol on the floor in a panic and is breathing historically.
>people gasp. he's told to leave.
Are boots /k/ related? If so, are these any good? What boots with or without steel toe would you guys suggest?
>>28673856
what are you going to use them for?
Rocky s2v
>>28674081

I know that practically the only thing they really finance is their military, but is it as advanced as the leading military's of modern times? (Russia, US, China, ETC)
Even in their propaganda everything they have seems dated. discuss
Their airforce is pretty much mig17s, so there's that
>>28673817
how do they get their hands on all of these weapons anyway? Did I see one of them using a 1911?
>>28673817
Is that an actual propaganda video? i thought it was a parody at first
ITT: we are in a battlefield
>>28673561
COMM IS STILL DOWN
>>28673561
Hi! Welcome to Chili's.
Hey, Joe, you got a smoke?
Official Southeast Georgia meet thread
Probably going to aim for March sometime, to avoid conflict with Nuggetfest. This is just a heads up starter annoucment thread that I do intend to organize a meet in March at Gay balls, same place as last time.
The owners of the property ask for $5 a person for usage of their range.
>>28672211
Hopefully the weather will be good this time around
>>28672211
Fuck southeast Georgia. Northwest Georgia master race.
>>28673434
Make your own meet faggot
Do you think a war with ISIS is imminent or going to happen soon?
My body is ready.
>>28672079
I think we'll end up using Syria as a proxy war against Russia like Afghanistan in the 80s.
Of course this all depends on who wins the election.
this is why im changing to 18x asap, just so i can get a deployment to kill some goat fuckers
What does /k/ think of the T-14 Armata? Bias aside.
>>28671498
Pretty terrible.
Has a nice looking hull but the turret is fucking hideous.
>>28671498
Interesting idea, poor craftsmanship. Also, it looks like a Merkava fucked a T-72 and this was the result.
>dat ugly miss match furniture and rail on the carry handle
Is this the most pleb AR?
>>28670641
No
Stupid sling but easily reconfigured
Stupid upper easily swapped
Stupid family tho, not easily changed
>>28670641
I'd fingerbang every one of his daughters.
rail on carry handle is kinda yuck but w/e to everything else
>2016
>not having a fortified well-stocked bunker high in the mountains
What's your excuse /k/?
I'm normal
>>28670554
I'm not retarded.
>>28670554
I live in the Coastal Plains so it's a 4+ hour drive to the mountains. Bit pointless to have a hideout that far away.
Do you have a job related to weapons/guns? Let's hear about it
My dad is a range officer at a gun store/club and is a veteran
>>28670486
He said "you", not your dad.
Judging by that comment you're not old enough to be here.
Fuck off.
>>28670571
My grandpappy killed nazis during the cold war
