So I still need my line conditioner but aside from that I am finally ready to start reloading. I plan on starting out with .308 then moving to other rifle cartridges, specifically .338 lm.
Does anyone have any advice or loads to share?
Also reloading general.

i have some good advice for you
you have poor organizational skills and will eventually blow your face off. Learn to keep shit in order
>>28909029
Oh man thats a great idea, I personally would have never guessed that I need to actually set my reloading space up instead of having pieces of it strewn about.
What other nuggets of wisdom do you have?

Houthis keep on destroying Saudi Abrams tanks. If they continue like this, Saudis will need to order another 100 ASAP.

How fucking embarrassing is it to buy BILLIONS AND BILLIONS worth of most-advanced equipment from US, UK, France and then be BTFO by a bunch of barefooted, khat-eating, sand people.

>A federal judge on Thursday denied Lockheed Martin's motion that could have forced Oshkosh Corp. to stop working on a $6.7 billion military contract while a lawsuit over that contract award continues.
>Oshkosh Corp.’s JLTV outpaced both Lockheed and AM General in reliability tests, logging 7,051 “Mean Miles between Operational Failure,” compared to the Humvee’s 2,968 miles. Lockheed posted 1,271 miles, while AM General demonstrated 526 miles – both performing worse than the Humvee.
So Lockheed was so frustrated about losing this cushy contract it just filed a suit on Oshkosh?
>>28907908
Yes. big boy lockheed upset they lost out on a contract to someone smaller when they thought they had it in the bag from the start just because of who they are.

So /k/ I almost got carjacked and probably killed.
>live in Houston
>have an 83 Cadillac (my pride and joy)
>go to friends house (he lives in a shitty part)
>pick him up we usually just cruise around
>notice a car behind us its filled with at least 4 blacks
>stop at a red light
>notice the passenger opened his door
>"I guess he had to spit or throw away something"
>stop at another red light
>3 doors burst open
>see one start coming towards my car with haste
>stomped on the gas as I left I heard gun shots
I only a shotgun for the house, but now I guess I have to carry a handgun. My question is what handgun would you carry? Im looking for something that fits this
>reliable
>holds a lot of rounds
>point and shoot
I'll be damned if this shit ever happens again.

Is it possible for me to get treatment for my severe depression and anxiety without losing one of the very few things I love in life?
>>28906055
Talk to a therapist and never mention that you own guns. See how it goes and try as hard as you can not to accept any medications (that's how they get you).
>>28906055
You have to be involuntarily committed to lose your guns I think.
>t. suffer from treatment-resistant depression, ocd, and anxiety, take meds, own long guns (no handguns) and keep ammo at local range

The Tornado ADV is the equal of the F-15C and is as capable in every single respect. It is inconceivable that the RAF could have gone so long without an aircraft equal to either the F-15 of F-16.
>>28905353
The only plane it needed to fight was this. It doesn't need to be particularly capable. It certainly didn't need variable geometry wings.
The US has always been a generation ahead in terms of aircraft design since the late 1950s, at least a decade ahead.
The F-4 remained competitive with the MiG-23 and Tornado, the F-15 with the Gripen, the F-15 with the Flanker and Typhoon, the F-18 with the Rafale, etc.
>>28905353
The F-15C wasn't a long-range interceptor.
The USA didn't have a real counterpart to the Tornado ADV.
Is the lead shortage still a thing? If it becomes a thing, what material do you think will replace lead as the defacto standard for ammunition?

Do you shoot anything for fun besides .22?
Honestly how do people afford it? One AK mag of shitty ammo is like 7 dollars. Other than practicing occasionally with defensive weapons it seems like it's only feasible to shoot .22lr.
I put hundreds of rounds out when I shoot, I can't do that with anything but .22lr, even then it's expensive.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't get to go to the range that often. So when I do go, I ball out. Fuck it.
if you're shooting shotguns you're probably shooting trap or skeet or something and you go through ammo a lot slower in that case
>>28904683
lets say I go through 10 magazines
I have shot 300 rounds
A lot to some, little to others
That's all of $75

I don't do it every week and even if I did, I'd simply cut back on doing other things
