Is there an ultracompact single stack 9mm close to the size of a lc9 but with a metal frame and an external hammer? Like a PPK or bersa 380 but in 9mm.

Alright /k/, I want to build my first handgun and I have a few questions.

I have a current start off budget of $500 and yes this is going to be a poorfag build. But I am in no rush to complete this project so I will buy more parts as I earn money.

Anyways, my first purchase is going to be the Stealth Arms Phantom Jig + GI frame. ~$350

For this I am given an option for a Raw or Bead Blasted finish. What's the difference and which one looks better?

Also an Auto Ordnance Parkerized GI slide. ~$140
I know this slide isn't black, but this is the closest I can find. Is it okay if I just spray paint it black?

Is there any websites/ brands, books, or better ways you recommend /k/?

Any advice will be appreciated.

So I have been looking into getting my first NFA item. I want an SBR, particularly a PS90 or a Krinkov. But part of me is afraid that if god forbid, any crazy gun confiscation goes into effect if Hillary is elected, that be being a registered NFA owner will put me on the radar to be confiscated from. I see it as my duty as a believer in the constitution, that in the event where an unconstitutional ban came into effect that I would not register or turn in any guns. So should I not get into NFA? Would they use this info? or tell them that my SBR was my only firearm and that I sold the others before the ban? Also what is the dankest first SBR?

I'm considering buying a 1943 Izhevsk 91/30 Mosin Nagant (all matching numbers) off a guy on Armslist for $225 plus another $15 for the background check/transfer fee - $240 all together.

Apparently the bore is in excellent condition and it has a smooth bolt. He did mention that the wood has been refinished when he was removing the cosmoline so I'm assuming that hurts the value.

It's fucked because I remember these things being $150 w/ shipping and transfer fees just 3 years ago. The cheapest I can find them online seems to be ~$200 before shipping and the transfer fee. I feel as though they will only get more expensive the longer I wait.

What do you think?

An ex-friend of mine told me he was going to attempt to purchase a firearm and this terrifies the fuck out of me, because I do not think he's mentally sound. He said he knows how to past any evaluations thanks to this board and says he will kill me and my family all because one member of mine came out as a transsexual.

This family member is much more well adjusted than this man is which might be a surprise to many people here. He says he will be doing "God's work" by eliminating evil from the planet started with my tranny sibling. I need some advise for dealing with lunatics such as this. Should I get a gun myself for the protection of my family?

Nobody talks shit to me or them without getting the horns first. Even if one of my family is mentally ill.
