I have heard it takes more practice to shoot a Compact as accurately as a Full Size.
Ignoring Sight Radius - What say you /k/?
Is the gun inherently less accurate if smaller?

In most cases a compact will be harder to shiot, but not all cases.
The combination of a shorter barrel, shorter sight radius, more felt recoil, and often a less comfortable grip are the reasons.
That being said, some small guns can be shot really accurately, like say a Makarov with a fixed barrel.

Before I get banned, I'm 20 and in college.
So, let's sum up the bizarre series of events. I work on campus, and we have a newsletter each month, with the employee of the month and a student spotlight. Student spotlight is pretty much participation award, and just goes through all the employees.
In mine, I stated that I may join the military after college, which seems increasingly likely.
Well, I didn't realize this, but anyone can sign up to get the newsletter, so my parents friend signed up. She saw it and told them I was on it, and is now sending it to them.
Anyways, for any of you that joined the military, how did it go over with your parents? I mean, I wanted to join in and become an officer, but odds are my GPA will keep me from doing that. So I'm probably going to just enlist in the Army to get that college loan repayment program, plus be able to serve. DESU though I don't want to be infantry because I don't want to possibly die. Yes maybe that makes me a pussy.

Here people don't even bother with all the gun laws, neither they are enforced, because i live in a third world country.
But i still don't get why the short barreled shotguns are so demonized in america, also today criminals have better firearms than some old shortie shotgun.
But still you are treated like a dangerous criminal just for having a firearm with a barrel 2 inches lower than some arbitrary law, it just doesn't make sense to me.
Can some american bother to explain this nonsense?

it is a sky marshalls backup weapon. Seen one in person many moons ago going thru an airport. Their 10 year secrecy patent/contract has expired and are now going to sell it to the public.

You are in charge of the Southern Country, divided along the red line. A few years prior, the South won its independence in a civil war, on account of ethnic nationalism (North was/is a different tribe).
Your overall population is 5 million to the North's 7 million. In general the South is more poorly developed than the North, with one exception: it housed the historic arsenal in the Southwestern hill country.
The North has a standing army of ~70,000 and the South has one of ~55,000 combat troops. However, the hills which divided the plateau of the South served as a good place to set up defensive lines in the civil war.
At the moment, your arsenal consists of a combination of "Lebels" and "Hotchkiss Guns." Your artillery mainly consists of a combination of 1913 105mm cannons and 1913 150mm howitzers. The tank, of a design similar to the FT-17 for knocking out machine gun nests was also developed.
How do you prepare for a war which you expect in the next decade? Plans can be as simple has "camo smocks" or as detailed as showing the creating an actual war plan with brigade movements on the map.
Note map scale is such that each hex has a distance of 6mi/10km between parallel sides.

Why, of all calibers, is 22 LR subject to panic buying? If I thought the government were about to take our guns, the last thing I'd be worried about is having enough of a squirrel-hunting/plinking round. Why not hoard a more useful caliber like 308 or 270 or shotgun shells?

Bushmaster makes quality shit.
Despite what some believe my department uses Bushmasters as our patrol rifles and for SWAT/SORT and they have been fantastic and on par with the select fire Colt's.
Many LE agencies use bushmaster.
