I live in Minnesota, which has enough liberal bullshit to cause problems.
From what I remember, if threatened in one's home, you 'have the obligation to flee' rather than to stand your ground. Because for someone with children, disabilities, or invalid parents, fleeing is easy peasy.

From what I heard, Eminem beat some guy with his gun, and it would have been aggravated assault if he had bullets in it even if he didn't fire (WTF??) but because he didn't, it was a minor case and probation.
I've already, as I said, made a paper trail of this.
Is there anything else I can do to maximise my legality? If he decides to go to the police and say "muh kid pulled a gun on me".
I'm settling this like a man would. Sit him down and talk to him. Explain why he needs to improve, because he thinks that if I ask him to leave a home he does not own, it doesn't matter.

Why:fun
When: June 25th-28th
Terrain: Rolling hills, mostly grazing land, sparse trees.
Few buildings, some wire fences.
Outdoor range, 50 yards with room to be extended up to 200 yards if necessary.
Events: Shooting, camping, cooking out, possibly hunting if we can get a small game permit, atv off-roading is possible but rolling hills are no fun.
It's 56 acres but we can only use about 3/4 of that.

What are the legal implications of selling a railgun?
Yes I know current technology is shitty and impractical. I'm talking about setting regulatory precedent and case law here.
Assume I have a manufacturer licence, it's a single shot gun and the device is otherwise not in conflict with any firearm laws.
How do we make the most of this? With an eye towards future legal battles regarding gun regulations.
