As of a couple days ago, there remains only one living person who was born in the 1800s.

Therefore, I feel it is appropriate to celebrate this glorious century of European dominance, rapidly-advancing weapons technology, and based facial hair. It may be forever remembered as the high water mark of Western civilization, before shit went downhill starting with WWI.

The diamond in the video was synthetic.

If the diamond had been real, the press wouldn't have been able to crush it.

China is not afraid of fighting a war with the US in the South China Sea, a newspaper with close links to the government said on Wednesday
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/asia/china/11959421/China-not-afraid-to-fight-war-with-US-after-South-China-Sea-move.html

China is setting itself up to be repeatedly provoked in the disputed waters—it might even be counting on it.

All any nation needs to go to war is a good provocation, and China is no exception. With its sweeping territorial claims, island-building, militarization, patriotic fervor, and prickly rhetoric, Beijing is setting itself up to be repeatedly provoked in the South China Sea—it might even be counting on it.All any nation needs to go to war is a good provocation, and China is no exception. To acquire the sea’s strategic advantage, though, China first needs to establish control over the waterway. That needs to be done step by step. The process might go something like this:
1.Make the sea claim.
2.Create outposts in the sea, and work toward turning them into military bases. At this stage, you might want to deny the military bit.
3.Express outrage if anyone goes near those outposts. Over time, establish a pattern of being repeatedly provoked, despite your patient warnings. Your outposts aren’t quite military bases yet anyway, so this is a good use of your time in the meantime.
4.As your outposts get closer to becoming real military bases, feel free to grow more strident in your responses to the “provocations.”
5.Once your military infrastructure is fully up to speed, you’re ready for war—you even have a track record of provocations to point to for justification! Of course you don’t have to start a conflict, but it’s nice to know you can at any time—and feel justified about it.

I wanna get a stadiametric scope but I have some specifications that are non standard (I wanna get the scope in a true mathematical milirad because my autism demands it+ a few things like chevrons etc...) That I can't seem to find anywhere. Plus i wanna get it ground for my specific handloads. Anyone have recommendations on where I can get the glass custom ground and then have that installed on my scope? Yes I understand this is autism at its finest j just don't really care, I want something kinda neat that's special to me.

What kind of stupid question is that? On the odd chance this isn't b8. Do you really thing something that expells fire ious a defensive option when in your own house? Chances are the invader wants your tv and jewlery, you'll lose more than they setting your house in fire with you and your family inside it. Just get a legitimate firearm you whimsy filled child.
>>
It would work brilliantly, think about it, an intruder breaks in to steal your stuff, but your stuff is on fire so he can't take it. Its the perfect defense plan.
