Say Russia's heads say "screw the military industrial complex", and invested the entire military budget into assassins.
Each assassin is invested in a billion dollars worth of tech, training, etc.
The premise is if US aligned military assets invade Russia, these assassins will kill US aligned oligarchs, senators, presidents, etc (appropriate to scale) within in the US.
Or would the billion dollars be better served just to bribe senators to lay off Russia, like the Israelis or Saudis do?
>Or would the billion dollars be better served just to bribe senators to lay off Russia, like the Israelis or Saudis do?

How could one make swords viable again in modern warfare?
Could there be added some form of technology that could make the sharp piece of metal more useful than guns?
If they could be used to deflect bullets like in my mongolian cartoons that would be something.
guns > swords
stop watching faggy anime, faggot.

Attach them to the barrel of your gun.
>>30111607
What he said. Also, you ain't gonna do shit with that 20 bucks piece of junk. Blades are still useful as fuck, you can't eat with your fuckin' rifle nor can you use it to slice through something in your way or some shit, and as last resort, you'll be damn happy to have something to cut a fucker up with. But it isn't the thing now, it's like bitching about muzzleloaders not being a thing in the military a now. Both can change, sure, if we hit some sort of appocalypse and ammo runs dry most of the time. But untill then? Nah.
So this is what $900 gets you...whoa...

Sup y'all,
I'm going to be studying in Berlin for 5 weeks and was wondering if there was any /k/ related stuff to check out. I know I probably won't get to go shooting, but museums and other bits of history are always fun. Any recommendations?

Considering their cost and that they're intended to replace Poland's Mi-24s do you think they're getting their money's worth?
>>30110751
Yes, the Apache is far better at shooting shit (far better optics, better cockpit design, IHADSS and all that, plus it can carry far more and far better guided missiles than the Hind) and all they're 'losing' is a largely useless troop carrying capacity. I'd say they're getting their money's worth.

Hi, I'm moving from Hobart (Australia) to Los Angeles in about a month and I already have work lined up and have decent savings.
I'm really concerned with safety due to the crime in the USA and the African Americans. What recommendations do you have for someone who is looking for a first time gun buyer?
I'll be taking my wife and my son with me.
>get to move to America
>LA
What the fuck is wrong with you? I mean I guess beggars can't be choosers, but still I hope you've got a plan move somewhere better after a time.
>>30110664
Go to Calguns, they'll hook you up, you're pretty much fucked, LA sucks big ass balls , and crime is going up, 10rounds is maximum, and it's a felony to have a gun loaded where a minor can reach it, also you can't have your gun easily accessible in a moving vehicle (felony) also you cannot drive within 1000 feet of a school , hospital or government owned building (felony) also don't ever let a relative borrow your gun (felony) also, rifles can't have pistol grips, (felony) also no heat shields (felony) also report your stolen firearm within 14 hours (felony) also don't run stop signs ( felony)
>>30110664
>Los Angeles
Well good news, anon. You don't have to worry about Basketball Americans at all.

It doesn't rain everyday, and the F-35 isn't mass-production.
I'm looking for a good owb keydex holster for my Glock 19 with a TLR-1, any recommendations? I want it to ride high and right with a decent cant. I'm not terribly worried about price, but but I'm not looking to spend over $100. I absolutely love stealthgear holsters, I have an iwb for my Sig P320 and a mini iwb for my Shield on its way right now, but their owb is so fucking expensive, $160, twice the price of most other owb holsters. I've been looking at K Rounds holsters based on a recommendation from an acquaintance, plus I've met the owner of the company and he seemed like a good guy who is dedicated to his craft. Any recommendations /k/? What's your favorite owb holster? All input welcomed.

Pic is my favorite holster, with my go-to conceal carry setup.

>KRounds
I have one (had 2, threw in one with a gun I sold)
I have the appendix holster for my LCP.
Had the OWB holster and a mag carrier with my Steyr M9 with a thumb break. Gud holster, but at the end of the day it's the same Kydex any other Kydex holster maker used, with more or less the same belt loop and rivet hardware. Beyond the product aspect, they have pretty good customer service. Appendix holster originally had an aluminum rivet that popped in a week, took it down to Tukwila to get it fixed, in and out in 5 minutes with a new steel rivet.
When I asked about doing some book keeping/accounting internship they sounded pretty excited and asked for a resume. Then I got the runaround for the next 4 months. Oh well.
So, if all you care about is the actual product KRounds, while good quality, is nothing particularly special. But if you care about them being local, having good customer service, know the owner etc. then go ahead my man.
For custom work, if you want a higher ride, different cant, etc. turnaround on custom work is 1 week (for my Steyr I said it would be 2 weeks until I could get it unless they could do 6 days--- had it ready for me in 6 so that was cool).
>>30110552
Looking at various brands, I've come to realize that most keydex owb holster are relatively the same. Biggest variance is turn around time, and price.
I kinda want a Gucci owb holster, something custom like zZz, with its pig suede backing and fuzzy interior.
>>30110420
I think one of those g code incog holsters can be used OWB. They only have a small selection of holsters they make with lights but the G19 and a TLR-1 is one of the combinations.

Why are revolvers so expensive when it's just several small moving parts inside slabs of steel?
>>30110334
Much harder to produce than a semi mainly. Not to mention there are loads of shitty semis, but not nearly as much shitty revolvers (still a fuck ton of shitty ones, but nowhere near as much)

Hello /k/. I'm new to guns, but would like to purchase a handgun. Preferably a revolver. Recommendations? About how much should I expect to spend on my first handgun?
>>30110262
Revolvers are for ginny hoods. Get a Glock.
get a snub nosed .357
if you want a revolver expect to spend 600-1k for something new and not a pos taurus
meanwhile 600 will get you the majority of semiauto pistols on the market
