Let me explain, I'm a newbie gun owner. Just bought a wasr-10 AK. I love it. I've shot guns all my life but never owned one until recently.
Sometimes though I get an uncomfortable anxiety feeling about it. The thought that there is a weapon that I could kill myself with a couple of feet away from me in my room. That at any moment if I wanted to I could blow my brains out.
This kind of freaks me out and makes me feel uncomfortable. Does anyone else feel this way? Or have you felt this way?
My wasr is awesome by the way I have zero complaints about it. It has exceeded my expectations for it.

I had depression several years ago and I felt the exact opposite during that time. The image of my brain being splattered onto the wall in a violent cascade was actually gruesome enough to deter me. I was never afraid of suicide before I owned guns.

So in the interest of exploring strategic thinking, what are the best and biggest game communities for strategic /k/ games?
I see a lot of best /k/ games that seem very FPS/shooter/adventure based, but what are the Godtier strategy games? I've played a little bit of civ 5, and have heard pretty good things about Wargames: Red dragon.
Wanted to ask because I want a community that's large and not about to die like say starcraft LotV. Where are the best places for Risk-like games and/or other games like civ. It can be a "shooter" like world of tanks or us army online. I just want a community that's a little more hardcore and not so small, while having good strategic gameplay. Is that too much to ask for?

Don't know about God tier but blasting nips in Creative assembly's Shogun 2 Fall of The Samurai was some of the best times in a video game i've ever had.
Watching U.S Marines blast some faggot japs is great.
Empire Total war and Napoleon are fun too.

Is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu worth learning as a means of self defense/alternative to guns?

What metal/alloy could you make a barrel out of that would give the barrels for "barrel burning" cartridges the same longevity as steel barrels have with slower cartridges?

Bean bag wouldn't be great because it works more on pain response and is really not very effective against people on drugs; at close range they're lethal.
Tazers are awesome though, because it doesn't matter if you're on drugs, once your nervous system gets the juice, you're going for a ride, but I really doubt their department has the funding for tazers.
