Makes sense. F35 too much dakka for liberals
>>30180092
>weedman buying super hornets as an interim measure
>can't and won't exclude F-35 from the competition for a Hornet replacement
It's fucking nothing.

So they will do what Australia did?
Hey /k/, my mom almost got robbed by a pillhead (NWI) and I got to thinking that I dont want to keep some of the more expensive/have sentimental/historical guns in my car with the risk of them getting stolen/confiscated.
So Im thinking maybe get a handgat that costs under 250 I can leave loaded in my glovebox or under my seat most of the time and occasionally plink with, and have a cheap concealment hoslter on it so if Im in a sketcy area I can throw it inside the waistband
Im looking at the armscor m206. Any /k/ommandos have any experience with this gun? Also in the running is the Zastava M88 I could trade a buddy for, or a hungarian PA-63(I already own a makarov and stock ammo for it)
And any other suggestions for a gun under $250?
pic related, my buddy has a m88 I could trade a sporterized m95 I have never shot (8x56r is just too expensive on a college poorfag budget)
And I guess budget /k/ poorfag concealed carry thread
>>30180087
i wish you neckbeeards would buy these m206s like you buy the 1911s.
I really need more anecdotes and youtube reviews to get one of these.
Someone be the guinea pig.

Ruger P-Series. You can usually find them for ~200-300, they are very reliable and you can get quality Mec-Gar mags in that pattern.
Just remember that P85s take a slightly different pattern than the P89s and P95s do. Also P90, P97 or P345 if you like .45 ACP and P944 if you like .40S&W. IMO P89 and P95 is where it's at.
You are in a club and this guy slaps your gf's ass, what do?

Send him and OP back to /b/ where this garbage belongs.

I put a four letter word in the options field.
Why don't we have more wars? World is peaceful as fuck, is we take kebabs from the equation is almost nothing happening atm.
>Not fighting other countries for its resources and lands to improve your own country
Is people afraid of war?
Nine countries have nukes and many, many others could quickly manufacture them.
It's because no white people are fighting.
I mean, look at Syria.
Civil War for 6 years and pretty much nothing new has happened.

Pax Americana, free trade, and globalism
What's the deal with the Japs?
How strong is they're military?
>>30179804
probably not that strong, not against china anyway. but their gundams are no fucking joke.
>>30179804
Much stronger than korea
This guy took a bullet at blank point range and continued smashing a car as if nothing has happened. How can that be?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wU_sT_aigvs
>>30179765
Many possible explanations
>didn't hit anything vital
>adrenalin rush
>guy on drugs
>small-caliber bullet
Any combination of above. Bullets aren't magical one-hit-kill death machines, it pokes a hole in you. Being hit in some areas causes more injury than others obviously.
>>30179765
Was he even hit? Like no blood or any other indicators other than him almost falling down
>>30179765
I've seen reference in a cop magazine to a guy who took a blast from a shotgun to the chest while on PHP or meth and proceeded to rip the door off of a pickup.
More are dead due to drug wars than middle eastern civil wars/OEF/OIF combined.
Which is the more relevant security problem?
Is Latin America a more severe combat zone?
>>30179642
>latin america
>anything of value
the number of dead are meaningless, only the available resources
>>30179642
>Those IMBEL FALS
Unnf. In terms of commies, narcos, socialists, and corruption along with the civillian population unable to arm themselves, yes.
>>30179642
I always picture latin america gun battles being the hottest most humid season of that decade so the predator comes and fucks shit up.

does anyone else tend to choose gun based on how they look and not how they operate, or am I the only one?
>>30179332
your post was really shitty
My dad is like that, he only buys guns he thinks are sexy.
I don't share that opinion and hence have a wider selection of guns. My Glock 34 is ugly, but he still shot it during pistol league. Kept the AccuShadow for myself.
Yes

Has there been any word from the /k/ lads who said they were going to help the Kurds?
>>30179321
I hate to say it but they probably died
>>30179321
I hope they died, the Kurds will be the cause of the next big conflict in the middle east
>>30179321
Probably sobered up and went back to eating hot pockets and watching hentai.
Can this thing be used in no carry states? Is this thing even legal in US?
>>30179270
Why not just use a can of pepper spray?
>>30179270
I had a mace brand pepper spray gun, it was an utter piece of shit that was too weak to stop a dog and leaked nonstop so touching it or anything it touched and touching your sensitive bits was extremely painful.
Better and cheaper to buy a $5 can of spray and save up for a pistol.
>>30179324
This thing has longer range and no restriction for usage inside. Usual spray will make room uninhabitable for a while.
>The U.S. Army’s Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC), along with its U.S. Army Research Development Engineering Command (RDECOM) partners, selected IMI’s Iron Fist-based Active Protection System (APS) technologies. This will demonstrate an implementation of the TARDEC led RDECOM effort toward Modular Active Protection Systems (MAPS) architecture including connectivity with MAPS central controller and software.
>IMI Systems’ (IMI) Active Protection Systems (APS) approach, in partnership with GD-OTS, increases the self-defense capability of the entire range of armored platforms, from light- and medium-weight Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) to heavy Armored Fighting Vehicles (AFVs) and Main Battle Tanks (MBTs). The MAPS program seeks to eliminate barriers associated with the US fielding of APS through a modular and safe design that establishes the foundation to transition tailored capability integrated on any platform.

This shit isn't new. The Future Combat Systems program in 2003 already had a vehicle with these capabilities, but the funding was stripped.
What was /k/'s first rifle? Do you still have it?
