Still waiting for my AR15A4 that I ordered about six months ago
>>30256601
I had a lot of fun with my 10.3" with a 4x at 500y before I decided I liked it better lighter weight with the T1 on it.
It is still point and shoot to 250y, how do you need it to perform?

What plane do you think is the most advanced/should be used as the Air Force fighter.
>>30253008
well one of them isn't a fighter
>>30253027
>well one of them isn't a fighter
This, OP needs to do some research.
>>30253008
I'm pretty sure that an A-10 wouldn't even be able to get high enough to engage an F-35.
whats in your ruck edition
typically just clothes, food, toiletries, water.
>>30250735
Oh yay, serendipitous. Here's a pic from a couple of days ago of some of my FTX quality of life items laid out.
>>30250767
who makes your holster, ive been looking for a good kydex with retention
Does the rest of /k/ ever feel stressed when these shootings happen?
Anti's and others seem to swarm out of the woodwork to skewer all gun owners for the act of a literal terrorist. All I want to do is punch holes in paper and ring the steel gongs, and these people want to see me crucified for it.
Just wanted to see if /k/ ever gets sad/stressed about it. I know I shouldn't let them get to me, but, damn...
I actually get sort of nervous having a gun group liked on normie book... but I remind myself that a man has to sometimes stand by his convictions even if they're unpopular
I just lost all connections with my family because my mom sperged out and called me early this morning saying she's going to dump my guns in the ocean.
So sort of? But at the same time I'm relieved of all the social bullshit that I had to deal from them.
>>30250595
Ya... it's because you have skin in the game. You're a gun owner, you're now the 'bad guy'. Just keep calm and carry on dude.

BUY ALL THE TULAMMO HURRY
lets trigger /k/
But.... It's a video game and is unrealistic by nature.
I don't get how this can be triggering.
In all seriousness though, this reminds me that I want to play Fallout 4 again and get all the mods. Thank you, senpai.
This isn't really triggering, OP. I play Fallout for the fantasy, not the accurate display of firearms.
>>30246817
The only thing triggering about that is using a white colored HUD like a faggot
Is Battlefield 1 just making up thier own weapons now? Or did i miss something?
You missed something

>Is Battlefield 1 just making up thier own weapons now? Or did i miss something?
No doubt they will hugely embellish but that grenade was common enough. It was used in a field expedient antitank role.
Just got done watching Gunsmith Cats and Riding Bean and I wanna watch more like it. So /k/ what are your recommendations?
>>30245683
I really enjoyed Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex. It's definitely not as weapons-focused as Gunsmith Cats but it usually manages to avoid triggering my gun autism. Plus, one of the main characters carries a Meatball.

I'm in
/k/, I'm in the market for a new vehicle. I posted this on /o/ but that wasn't all that helpful. I would like for it to be /k/ related and reasonably built probably 2005 or newer, but mainly /k/ related. I have some specific needs for it. Here it goes
I am replacing my Explorer. It rolled over 200k and just fucking died. Everything just broke at once and today for the third time this week and the fifth time in its life time I have had failure to start the engine(no issue with battery or starter, had those checked.) It is time in the American way to replace this fucker.
I need a vehicle for
>snow
>mountains
>general safety
>ability to take a deer with minimal deformation or damage
>some modern comforts
I am not about to buy a new or even newer car, but I definitely need a 4x4 with some good crash safety equipment. I live in West Virginia. It snows a shit ton and sliding off the road is inevitable, I need to survive that. Hitting a deer is inevitable and I would like something built well enough to take the hit without breaking fucking everything on the front end incase I can't afford repairs right away. I am routinely on interstates and will need some acceleration and decent handling at speed. I feel a truck would be best, but am generally unsure of where to start as this will only be my second car and the first time I am in control of the buy. I am limited to 15000 max.
TL;DR I need a solid, yet modern enough for comfort truck for tough weather and daily use.
>pic is current 2001 sport trac
Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab, not exactly luxurious, but it'll get what you need done... well, done. If you want something bigger, get a previous generation Ford or Chevy.
Get a 'yota and learn to wrench. It'll last forever.
>>30242876
check into the nissan pathfinders. i have a 2nd gen i just bought with almost 250k miles and it is still running strong. they are very similar to 4runners in terms of reliability and off road capabilities, but way cheaper because they aren't as popular or well known.
To date, why hasn't USA made supersonic anti ship missile? They're over reliant on Harpoon so much it's like they do not know about the proliferation of CIWS in other non-NATO bloc countries.
Russia and China have their own version of goalkeepers (with bigger calibers) and subsonic missile are useless against barrages of lead
I'd guess the US navy with their new development favours stealth over speed with the LRSAM, plus being low-subsonic gives the weapon a much greater range making it safer for the attacker and allowing re-attack if necessary.
>>30242592
I'm not expert, but it might be because we don't have an extreme focus on knocking out carriers
>>30242592
different approaches to the problem.
Harpoon is much smaller than things like Granit and Moskit, you can throw them on more and smaller platforms. Planes were the main method that NATO delivered their anti ship missiles, and big hypersonic missiles are too big for planes.
The approach to CIWS is also different due to the different threat profile. Soviets and China invested heavily into gun CIWS, while the US and NATO are swapping out their gun CIWS for the RAM.
