I'm games revolvers are typically magnum calibers while auto loaders stick to 9mm and 45acp.

And for a start, this is the new Rheinmetal 130 (yes one hundred thirty) mm L51 smoothbore MBT gun.

It is intended to be the main armament for the future generation of tanks which will replace the Leo 2.

EMT In California. Considering keeping my glock 19 in my gear bag at work. I work in really shitty areas but i dont plan to use it on calls or responding to emergencies like some ricky rescue operat0r, but incase shtf like an active shooter. please tell me this is not a good idea.
45 posts and 6 images submitted.
>>
>>30259292
its a terrible fucking idea bro. 1. Emts aren't supposed to be going into any scene that isn't safe. Thats why you have cop bros go in first and make scene safe. 2. You get caught carrying a handgun, prepare your anus to be raped daily when you get put in jail for 2-5 years.

> Consider carrying a body armor, not illegal to buy/ carry body armor. Yet.
>>
>>30259292
Does your employer allow it?
I know mine doesnt and if he found out i'd get fired on the spot.
Can you lock it away securely?
If your workplace is in a shitty area there's always the chance of someone breaking into the place looking for drugs and shit.
A locker with a little padlock is not going to cut it.
And if you have to go to a location with an active shooter, police should be there way before you, meaning that your glock isnt going to make the difference.
>>
>>30259292
why wouldnt you just keep it on your belt where you can reach it, like a normal person?

When either Hillary or Obama begins his media round of gun control talks.
But by then, you'd be a bit late to the party since there's plenty of people already buying after the shooting hit news.
>>
>>30259101
Well my local gun store is pretty good at pricing ammo around market averages. I just bought 100 rounds of 5.56 saturday at 45 cents a round, the highest it's been in a while. I will check what the prices are in the morning. But I sure do miss paying under 35 cents a round

What should I buy?
ammo
gun powder
barrels
bcgs
primers
magazines...

I was saving money to buy a truck... but I remember what it was like after sandyhook...

Why was there such a substantial difference of treatment of POWs between the Axis and the Western Allies? Obviously the Soviet Union is an exception to the rule, but the point still stands. Japan hadn't signed the Geneva conventions at that time, but Austria and Germany certainly had. It just seems strange that there was such a large disparity between the conditions of each nation; didn't the Germans fear that their own POWs in other countries would be treated poorly if they didn't have reasonable standards in their prisons?

Back in the 1990s, I had a neighbor who was a POW. He was an infantryman and was captured by German infantry. He said they treated him very well. They gave him lots of food and water - even cigarettes. They were friendly. I suppose it was an infantry thing. They knew what he had been through as they were going through the same shit.

I was impressed by that story. Thankfully, he escaped before being transferred to the rear where the true evil occurred.
>>
>>30258740
POWs in germany wasnt treated to bad, atleast not in the early stages of the war.

This ofcourse excludes poles and others that the germans considered "subhuman".

The Japs however treated everyone like shit.

I miss the Ukraine threads. Heavy shelling and combat goes on as soon as nightfall breaks. Then they pack it all away for the morning to come out and do it the next night.

Hi /k/, I've been looking to buy a decent Karambit. I've noticed a shitload of Chinese sellers on eBay selling truckloads of random karambits, usually modeled after CS GO Vidya. Pakistani sellers also sell Damascus ones, but they don't look like they even have an edge.
Are the cheap Karambits actually worth a try or should I stick to the higher end ones like from Fox or Benchmade?
