Hey /k/ I need help deciding on a 9mm. I'm torn between either pic related or a HK USP. I'm leaning more towards the CZ because I can also easily CC it.

So while I was at work yesterday, my fiancée was hanging out in the back yard and some dude who was driving down the alley stopped and made some creepy comments to her. She told him to fuck off and leave and went inside. He then pulled into our parking spot and sat there for a few minutes jacking off and waved at her when she looked out to check if he was still there.
If I were home, how fucked would I be if I went out with a holstered sidearm to confront him?
(I live in OH and he was trespassing on property that I rent)

So this is my first time posting on /k/ and I need some help because i want to go shopping based on recent events.
Im looking for a .223 semi auto rifle. Im eyeballing a bushmaster xm-15 or something similar only because its a "classic" design. My problem is that I see various models from various brands that look similar but i dont know what im looking at to differentiate between the specs.
Looking to use this up to 250 yards or so.

How good of a "sniper" rifle could one get out of a Mosin modified to use a PU scope?
I understand that the actual sniper 91/30's were hand picked at the factory for that use and were of a higher quality than your run of the mill Cabella's special.

Is any effort being made to clean up the do/k/ument?
it's a huge mess from what i can tell
here's a few things i would like to fix:
>lots of redundant files
>enormous, irrelevant video files
>lots of files with unrecognizable file types
>quite a few executable files with no explanation
>a lot of files are literally just archived webpages, some have a few important images missing
>lots of corrupt archives
>lots of unorganized or out of place files
i also have some thoughts for improving the do/k/ument:
>should be as cross-platform friendly as possible
>should contain open-source software that provides access to the files (things like sumatraPDF)
>several collections of files could be replaced with single PDFs (there is an easy way to convert images to PDFs and merge PDFs)
i don't like the idea of removing files from the do/k/ument, but there are several files which are either pointless or blatantly unhelpful
for example, i saw a few pictures of a book which were too blurry to make out any words at all
also, i believe that executable files should not be included without their source available
i am willing and able to help clean up the do/k/ument, but i wanted to make sure there was an interest before tackling such a huge project
