I ordered pmags from them a week and a half ago and my order is still "awaiting fulfillment". I've never gotten service this slow from a webstore.

Hey /k/! In Light of the recent shootings I decided to arm my self and I purchased my first m16Ar. Now I have a few questions about it.
For starters, I am only allowed to have a 15 round clip I think? can I go to cabelas and get a new one?
Are there any mods I can put on it? Red dot? laser? flashlight? etc (Obviously not grenade launcher so dont even try to trick me lol)
What type of round does it shoot? A 50 right?
I live in NY by the way so Im kinda new to this.

Any Americans ever bring a handgun across the Canadian border? I'm going on a trip through the NW and plan on going into Canada for a few days, and I plan on entering and exiting at different places so leaving it at the border would be a pain. I am reading that you have to fill out some forms but how much of a PITA is it and how does it work when you cross, are the border guards shitty about it? The gun is a Glock 20, I have a 10 round mag for it.

Canadian here who has travelled over the border many times with my armed american friends to and from US college.
As long as you declare it and don't try to be a hero by sneaking it in and getting caught you will be fine (possible jail/weapon destroyed at officer discretion).
The paperwork is no more obtrusive or bothersome than a regular customs declaration - literally a few signatures and you are good to go. I believe there is a small fee associated with it but b/c I've never paid it I'm not sure how much. Probably not a lot with our dollar the way it is. Also make sure it is unloaded and trigger locked/in an opaque case.

So /k/ I was innawoods the other day and I came across a hole I thought I could make into a tunnel, I've read through all the relevant /k/ unnaground posts, and so far, I was thinking about making a tunnel system, I found a website for Britbong protesting, but it has all the relevant instructions for creating the unnaground empire.

Also, I haven't really found anything about ventilation, and that kinda worries me, cause i'm not gonna start digging until I know how to get air up to myself down innatunnel. Transportation from tunnel to dig face would be easy to begin with, but a bit harder once the tunnel gets longer, I was thinking either something like rail runners, small gas powered carts, but with it being gas powered, we come back to the venting issue, I'm assuming that would asphyxiate me faster than a checkout box.
The other option for transportation would be a railbike or one of those handcars that look like pumpjacks.
and the final problem I have is knowing if the soil would be good enough for innatunnel operations

So I am really tired of hearing this argument over and over and over and over. I know it hasn't been on here since everyone is freaking out over the Orlando stuff but I had some arguments recently where this became the semantic focus. I want to put this out there to try and stop it or at least alleviate it. If you want to continue arguing at least you will know / understand.

In the English language this word would be pronounced Car-Byne. Why? It begins with a consonant and does NOT follow the vowel consonant vowel pattern or double vowel before the ending or some variation (double vowel double consonant etc)
Examples: define, brine, twine, whine, swine, divine, canine, cosine, supine, etc
As opposed to ean ending words like : Magazine, caffeine, limousine, dopamine, guillotine, gasoline, etc
Now of course being the English language there are a shit ton of exceptions. But even so many of them will go towards either "eyne" ending or an "in" ending rather than an "ean" ending.
Examples: discipline, medicine, examine, porcupine, masculine, dateline, deadline, doctrine, determine, concubine, etc
However we should consider that some exceptions are due to their origins in other languages. Of which carbine is a prime example. It was derived from a french word carabin/carabine which of course did have the vowel consonant vowel pattern and would have been pronounced with "ean".
Thus while Car-Byne is more accurate in the context of English (because we dropped the second a), Car-Bean is more true to the original pronunciation and it's origin probably validates it as an exception to the rule.
Both pronunciations are equally valid and logical.

Hey /k/ need some advice
Recently purchased a savage axis . 223 for some longer distance stuff because I've always enjoyed shootong my .22 at longer distances. I only have about 150 yards to work with on my property so im not talking 300+.
Before I bought this gun I watched reviews and most people said it was a 1moa or sub 1 moa rifle. I've seen videos of people shooting groupings like that but mine comes no where close to that. I get the scope zeroed decently while shooting, aim dead on a mark, and shoot anywhere from a 2-5 inch group at 100 yards. It just seems so inconsistent to me, it shoots sporadically when the barrel is cold and then tightens up then gets crazy after it gets to hot. Someone offered to buy it off me for $300 if I include the scope (Bushnell dawn and dusk, cost me $129 locally). I want something to have fun with but could also be used in case of a shtf scenario. Im a poor fag so I've considered a hi-point carbine or a budget shotgun if I sell this. Suggestions?

I've tried 3 brands of ammo, no expensive competition grade stuff tho. I know no one likes nutnfancy on here but I watched his review of the axis and the kind of groupings he was getting are the kind I get, and he used a wide variety of higher end ammo
