My question is are there any countries that require the exact same physical standards for both men and women to join.

Sup /k/, I've got a question. I've been lurking and casual posting for about 2 years now, and have seen countless pistol caliber threads, all arguing about 9mm, 10mm, .45 and so on. Only every now and then did I see 5.7 mentioned and it was generally in passing, so I never looked closer.
Upon further inspection, it seems to have been HAILED as categorically better by all examinations than the other available options, with literal bans pushed for legislation cuz it's that fooking good.

I just recently replaced my mich helmet's old headband suspension system with the new foam pads. Now the helmet sits a full two inches higher on my head and exposes a good amount of my forehead like in pic related, where it had previously rested just above my eyebrows.
Is this normal, or should the foam contract with wear and allow the helmet to recede to its normal position?
