I'm looking for a new fighting utility kind of knife but nothing really stands out
Knives that have historic value, are issued to a military or ones that are popular as private purchase items for soldiers preferred but not necessary
Akm type 2 bayonet

Cattaragus 225Q Quartermaster knife.
is....is this /ktg/ fixed faggot cutter edition? just get a bowie dude, those "utility/fighting knives" are ok at some stuff and garbage at most.
hey /k/
Nab anything off the steam store during the sales?
I grabbed Doorkickers for 5 bucks and I've already put in like, 10 hours. Stupid amount of fun.
Anyone have suggestions? I know STALKER is /k/-approved/related, so I've got my eye on Call of Pripyat since I enjoyed Shadow of Chernobyl.
DOOM. I figured it would just be another shitty reboot but it's actually really fun and well done. And I bought a Star Citizen package because dicking around in space is going to be the best.
>>30457928
I want DOOM real bad but the minimum req is 8gigs of RAM and I've only got 4. Really need to upgrade.

Enjoy your 20 year alpha/beta cycle followed by a botched release
If you enjoyed Doorkickers apparently Tastee Advanced Tactics is pretty good.
Also, Wargame Red Dragon is pretty cheap, that's a fun strategy game

But giving non-gangstas living in the hood to protect them from the gangstas is actually a good idea. Can we start this for real?
Yes, trademark infringement is a thing
Hey /k/,
Ausfag looking for a new hunting gun.
I'm tossing up between a Howa 1500 w/ varmint barrel or a Ruger Gunsight Scout
I intend to shoot kangaroos and goats with it as well as some longer range plinking.
I am leaning towards the .308 calibre too but .223 is also an option. What are the pros and cons of each?
>>30457511
you can have guns?
>>30457761
no semiauto rifles and no pistols IIRC
>>30457761
I'm on a category A&B which means I can get bolt action up to 10 rounds
I just got a new gun guys. It's a Zenith MKE Z5P. Did I do good?
Bump
>>30457386
Yes. I'm jelly.

SBR that bitch
Do they run any good?
How is the fit and finish?
So here's the mental exercise. Imagine that NK decides to send over 1 million trained and armed soldiers in container ships to the US. They are armed with small arms, anti-material rifles, ATGMs, stinger missiles and explosives. Quite a few of them have also been trained to steal and operate US military equipment. They also send over scientists that know how to render materials and construct explosive munitions. Their goal is to sabotage the US infastructure and scare the shit out of/kill US civilians. How fucked would we be? Interested in what the best and brightest of /k/ has to say.
>>30457230
>here's a mental exercise for the retarded
i fixed your thread

>>30457230
They only need like 500 at most per city to pretty much shut it down. Fiber optic cables are piss easy to cut and take a long ass time to fix and utilities are already pretty much at breakingpoint without gooks fucking with things.
Most awsome rifle ever produced!

/k/, what simple changes have you made to your guns that made a huge difference?
I finally properly fitted the safety tab on my G34's trigger. From the factory is stuck out about 1mm and jabbed my finger, making is very uncomfortable to shoot for long periods of time. A couple minutes with a file and it now sits flush when depressed, while maintaining full function of course. I have no idea why it's not like this from the factory. There's nothing worse than a thin piece of plastic pressing up against the middle of your finger, popping out of an otherwise nicely-contoured and comfortable trigger face.
Looks nice senpai, might try the same thing on my 19. Or just replace it.
>>30457037
Apex trigger kits in my M&Ps, fixes the main issue with them and for me makes them the best striker fired handguns.
>>30457185
Man I hated the ridged trigger on my 19s. I'd definitely recommend getting the flat-faced trigger they put on the full-sized guns and filing the safety flush.
If you've ever fired an FNS it feels very similar. It's a wide, flat, smooth trigger with no shit bugging your finger.
>>30457188
Neat. I regret getting rid of my M&P instead of putting an Apex in it. I'd like to get another one day and see how it feels with a good trigger.
Hey /k/ do you think it's weird for people with small frames to CC?
>>30456820
Deagle brand Deagle
>>30456820
No, shall not be infringed
>>30456820
Yeah, small framed people should just be robbed and killed.
So /k/ommandos i have always loved the masterkey & m16(m4) combo but i like to plink and smallgame i been thinking if is there something like pick related or should i make my own, does someone have something similar or do they sell it something that fits better and no just picatin rail both guns (lower rifle rail - taurus scope rail)
>>30456792
maybe you should invent an over under dual caliber break action shotgun. Those don't exist as far as i know. Maybe google does though... or not google isn't that useful
also my favorite handgun GOAT is the LeMat revolver i was wondering if is there something like a modern version or do the same and add the option of shotgun shell
(for flare/birdshot/and shenanigans)
in the lower barrel rail of a longslide

One of the things I hear about a lot on /k/ when it comes to the implementation of Smart Gun technology is that the purpose of a home defense firearm is the fact that it's simple and the risk of malfunctioning during an emergency is rather low. Whereas, if you had a smartgun and you incorporate more technological factors into the mix the risk steadily increases. Well, a group of Israeli Special Force Operatives just invented a manual lock that requires a code that you can enter with a few quick swipes of your finger to keep your weapons safe from the use of your toddlers/blundering wives. Better yet, if someone attempts to tamper with your weapon it'll send you a message via a communicator to let you know. However they assure that not using the communicator will not affect the overall usage of the lock.
It can be unlocked in UNDER two seconds and it's a rather cheap piece of hardware. Would /k/ consider owning one of these? I'm seriously considering one because of the fact that my toddler has gotten into my weapon safe because of my wife before and I want as many hindrances to him accidentally shooting himself as possible.
>>30456073
You know what else works really well to keep toddlers from reaching things? Putting them more than two fucking feet off the ground.
>>30456107
Doesn't work well for me because my son's quite the little climber. He's been known to climb entire book shelves while I'm at work and my wife just isn't paying attention to reach something that's peaked his interest.
>>30456127
>peaked
Maybe you should tell your wife to get off of facebook and pay attention to your two year old.
Let's post completely asinine laws and restrictions unfree states have that many of you /k/unts are probably unaware of and see who has it the worst.
In california tracer rounds are illegal.
Pic unrelated although hollowpoints are also "banned" in San fagcisco where I live
Gonna bump with k related stuff to get the ball rolling.

Is using a gun cable lock bad for a weapon?
My CZ came with one, but idk I should use it or not.
>>30455986
I am 14 and what is this?
>>30455986
Yes man, unless you keep the slide locked back the whole time.
If it tires to close and the cable is in the way, the entire gun will explode.
I still don't know why you aren't required to disassemble it instead. It's not against your rights because you still have a gun, and it's safer, too.
